All members of staff very friendly. Location just five minutes’ walk from the Old Market. Swimming pool just what is needed, given the temperature. Burmese-style rooms delightful. Good choice of breakfasts.

The WiFi was a little slow at times/would drop out, and also the pool is quite small/there isn’t anywhere to lie or relax beside it. However for the overall price I think this is a lovely family run location that I would definitely recommend.

The location was great, just a short walk from many restaurants and the city centre, and also very close to pub street for those wanting a later night! The hotel is able to organise tours to Angkor Wat and other local attractions, and also offers a good inclusive breakfast each morning. The staff were fantastic and made us feel welcome at all times.

The owners and staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a good location a short walk from Pub Street and the centre. A spacious, clean and comfortable room. A good choice of dishes for breakfast. I have used this hotel on numerous occasions and it's always a pleasure to stay in this hotel.

This family hotel is superbly situated and offers beautifully decorated rooms and very friendly service. We could litterally walk down town old market or to the daily local one. A great base to visit the temples.

The whole city and the surrounding country side that serves the tourist market have had a hard time over COVID. There are half finished and abandoned hotels and businesses that have lived off whatever they could do to survive. If the city and the hotels need a bit of maintenance, be patient, it will take time.

Beyond Yangon was out late night introduction to Siem Reap. We flew in during bad weather and after an aborted landing and circling, waiting for the torrential rain clear, we eventually arrived by our prearranged taxi at the door to the hotel around midnight. The owners live onsite and run the hotel and they were both up to greet us and make our arrival as easy as possible. It’s not the high street but after passing some of the boutique hotels we were glad to be at Beyond Yangon. It’s real Cambodia, with a real Cambodia welcome. All the staff felt genuinely happy to have us there and to be serving us. The politeness was from the heart. The interest in us was genuine and Siem Reap and Beyond Yangon made feel happy to be in Cambodia.

Like so many in Cambodia and South East Asia in general this hotel has been hard hit by the tourism shutdown during COVID and has some minor maintenance to do.

The staff are friendly and welcoming and always prepared to help you out. Our waitress at breakfast was polite and helpful and offering another coffee before we had to ask. They arranged a tuk tuk when needed. It’s an easy walk to all the main points in Seam Reap.

Conveniently located across the river, located at the hip area of Siem Reap with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Away from the crowded Pub street and night market, yet easily accessible within 5mins walk. If you like a peace of mind, this will be your choice. You will feel safe even coming back at night. The room itself is tastefully decorated. The family is very friendly. They do have a small plunge pool and restaurant attached. Highly recommended if you visiting Siem Reap.

The host was super unfriendly and it was like he wants to make money all of everything. Breakfast overpriced. Host is more a businessman than a nice host. Better go and let someone else do ur job pls. Also the rooms where super loud we couldn't sleep the whole night because the guests are slapping the doors when they came home.

The location was pretty nice.
