We stayed on two different occasions, First time we were given an apartment on the 2nd floor, this was slightly dated and needs updating. 3rd floor apartments appeared to be more modern and refurbished recently. For a 5* accommodation I expected the cleaning to be spotless. Probably being petty but the doors of the bathrooms had water marks which needs to be wiped down, also the hot water didn't work in the master suite on the 2nd floor. The breakfast was ok.

The apartment was spacious with three bedrooms, each with ensuite. The location, staff were perfect. Had the most amazing massage there in the spa. I will definitely stay again, it was comfortable and so spacious with lovey views over the river.

The hotel is in a very central location, near the riverside and business center. From this location, you can literally jump on a tuktuk or taxi to go wherever you want. The facilities are very convenient with gym, swimming pool, sauna and a nice garden to relax. I travel here for work so I got a whole apartment for myself, very spacious and relaxing room. The bed is also very comfy. Breakfast has lot of options. The staff are all helpful. Will be back if I get a chance.

Lovely spacious property overlooking river. Comfortable suite with kitchen and a bath! We stayed there twice in the past few weeks.

The kitchen had nothing in it except 2 wine glasses. A couple of days into our stay, we asked for some bowls, plates, and cutlery and were given them right away. There is no patio furniture on the balcony. The suite is a little dated and some signs of wear and tear, however, everything else made up that though.

Every member of staff was polite, friendly and professional. The pool and gym were great. Breakfast was amazing. We ordered bar food a couple of times, those meals were also very good. It was nice to be able to walk right out onto the promenade from the hotel. House keeping was very good. The suite was spacious.

No sauna in the room as advertised but a bathtub. There was also an unwelcomed creepy crawly in the room on the first night, but promptly dealt with.

Excellent hotel located right by the Tonlesap/Mekong with a nice view of the city skyline especially at night. Step right onto the river walkway at the back of the hotel and enjoy a scenic walk at sunrise or sunset. A sunset dinner river cruise service is conveniently located right outside the hotel. The hotel is within walking distance to the royal palace and museum. It is just 8 minutes' drive to the new Aeon Shopping Mall. Check in was smooth and seamless. The upgraded suite was bright and spacious with a king size bed. It has a balcony with a view of the river. A family-friendly hotel with pool and playground. Breakfast has a nice selection of Western and Eastern foods with the usual egg station. Singaporean owned, the hotel had the Singapore flag flying high during the National Day weekend in August and hosted the Singapore Cambodia Club National Day celebrations in its Sunflower Ballroom and Garden. Grab taxi is readily available from hotel. It is USD10 to the airport. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A well-managed hotel.

As i am pure vegetarian there was option for breakfast except for the bread and butter which was really upsetting. I request to atleast keep 2-3 items for vegetarian guest when they request.

Location of the property is very good near the beach. All the staff were very co-operative and helping with regards to information about the city.

I requested a room that had a balcony and a view of the river. When I arrived I was given a room on the first floor that overlooked the river but did not have a balcony. This was around Christmas so I guess they were near capacity, but I imagine a room near the top overlooking the river with a balcony would be great.

The hotel is very nicely designed, clean and comfortable. The breakfast and restaurant on the ground floor are great. The location right on the river is beautiful to wake up to and also close to the main nightlife attractions. I also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, and also the outdoor bar area where you can sip a few drinks whilst enjoying the view of the river.

Everything required in an apartment hotel includes 24x7 housekeeping but the toilet jet was missing…. It should not be missed in an Asian hotel 😮

the first night we were in a room with no balcony, very few lamps- little lighting at night, no bedside tables, and shower that leaked all over the bathroom. We asked to move and the next room was great. This inconsistency is a problem when i want to recommend the property to visitors. The tennis court was good but the racquets needed regripping- they were in bad shape.

Size of room was great. Comfort and nice lighting. The breakfast is great. location is fantastic for walking along the riverfront. Service was wonderful.

The hotel's own beach is very dirty, almost unsuitable for swimming due to the waves. The staff on the surface are very friendly. If you have any extra wishes, you have to pay for everything; e.g. after 7 nights, we stayed 4 hours longer, we had to pay for half a day. There is no clear rule for reserving sunbeds, which is why we had a conflict. We came away with a slightly bitter taste in our mouths.

Liked all but In Breakfast they keep only pork items which Muslim people can’t eat. As an international hotel they must have to keep chicken fish and beef.
