What an exceptional place! very inclusive for LGBTQ+ community. The room is very convenient and the bed is comfy. Breakfast was served by the owner (Thibaud), who is very attentive to my needs with juice and a few options. The A&P boys were very friendly, they gave me a warm welcome and greeted me every time I left the room or came back to the hotel. I had a great service from Valery and Matthieu. They gave me the best experience in Phnom Penh, with great service and always attentive to my needs. Definitely be back with A&P! At night, there are many people around the sauna area so you can also meet more people.

This is a small gay hotel with excellent service, friendly and smiley staff as well as with the good amenities. We enjoyed the hotel very much. Also their restaurant was really good - had dinner there twice. You choose the breakfast from given options but it is good a varied from 6.30 till noon. Would return here again if visiting the city.

The rooms were having a weird smell. I think they can do better in maintaining a it more impeccable- the bear is the sheet the towels, I found a little spot in one of them so I think I will improve that

That place is an oasis in the middle on Phnom Penh. The staff and the owner are really friendly, the food is good, the hotel is really clean, they can arrange transport for you. It’s a must. We had a pleasant stay and would recommend 100%. Plus, for those who like to have fun, after 8PM there’s plenty to look at or to play with.

Nothing - loved everything.

Everything, from the welcome to all of the hotel services. Staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. They really look after you. The facilities and rooms are lovely. Breakfast is fantastic. Thibaud has got the whole guest experience down to a fine art.

Property lovely Host Thibaud. Welcomed me gave me his pvt number if needed and what a good host should do just Let the guest enjoy.. Big hug to his handsome boys from day one till departure looked after me. The room was clean hotel spotless. breakfast was great I went 9am days. . Menu for evening meal a lot to choose from and I did. . Thibaud boys helped me out with loco taxi. Room great. Food great. And yes handsome boy to start your day massage you will enjoy. Maybe a detail. Improve the access (visibility) to the steam room. Stairs are slippery and not always highlighted during the night.

Great “boutique” hotel in the city center of Phnom Penh. The “french” touch makes it a great gateway for gay people to enjoy a mix of great food, drinks and fun in a relaxing tropical atmosphere. A great place to meet local people in the evening. A great thanks to the entire staff for their services and kindness. Especially Guy and Valery ❤️

There were quite a lot of ants in the room this time and a cockroach appeared one night, perhaps need to increase frequency of pest control during summer time.

Owner Thibaud and bar staff Gui and Marcel are the best! Fantastic atmosphere and great chance to meet other stay-in guests and locals at night in the sauna area.

The breakfast here is delicious. It starts with a bread basket and coffee, and then you are able to order eggs as well. There are also several juice options. Highly recommend!

Great European breakfast, plenty to eat. Small hotel has homely feel. Staff is very accomodating and friendly. Nice design, great pool just wake up and jump in. Can go anywhere by tuk tuk for a few dollars

At night there are many mosquitos =\. The wifi signal in my room was not so good - weak and kept getting cut off - everywhere else on the property was fine. They also provide a massage service but I felt like the massages I got elsewhere were better. Also wondering how hygienic it is when the property opens to the public as a sauna at 4pm, and most guys get in the pool in their underwear…

Great location, nice pool, good bed, clean, very big fluffy pillows! The architecture is lovely. Pasta at the restaurant was also delicious. Good variety of breakfast options. Thibaud was a pleasant host! Most of the staff were friendly. I like that there are many good and interesting books everywhere on the property.

Sheets bed & tabel clothes restaurant not always very clean (they are washed but some spots will not go out anymore/small holes in bedsheets -so maybe time to replace them by new ones) (-1 point) Fix the small detail & next time I am happy to give you a 10/10 rating :) We will come back for sure !

Always a great stay. Comfortable accomodation with well set out facilities. Great breakfast prepared fresh with generous portions. Good to really relax and enjoy the warm weather. Clean and spacious steam, sauna and jacuzzi. Note men only.
