Cute little place, centrally located. Well connected to main attractions. Hotel has every basic things that you require. Staffs were very polite and helpful. They also provide a basic breakfast.

Just a few touches and change in lighting at entrance/small lobby area would make the atmosphere even more welcoming.

The location near the historic park and cultural sites was exceptional, as was the kindness of the staff Zin.

The flooding bathroom, inaccessible after a shower. Breakfast could not be considered, just filtered coffee, poor quality bread and jam boxes

The location, right in the middle of the tomb park and near bars and restaurants. The room was small but comfortable, apart from very hard and thick pillows.

This was one of our favourite stays in South Korea so far. Great location, walkable to lots of attractions and food options. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the simple free breakfast in the morning.

Location is brilliant - right next to Daereungwon and close to Hwangnidan-gil but not noisy. There is a bus stop nearby and plenty of food options within walking distance. A simple breakfast of toast, fruit, coffee and tea is provided. The room itself is small and simple with a Korean style bathroom and towels are provided.

Very cosy and clean guesthouse. On top of it, the staff is super sweet and friendly! They severe a simple but tasty breakfast with toast, butter, jam, tea and coffee. There is no kitchen available. However, rooms are equipped with a small fridge and there is a nice common area with free water and a kettle. The place is located just a 10 minutes walk from the intercity and Express bus terminal. Just around the corner, you'll find Noseo-dong tombs which make a great start for sightseeing in Gyeongju. You'll find a lot of information on Gyeongju and the surrounding area in the guesthouse which is very helpful. A lot of nice cafés and restaurants are located nearby. Definitely recommend this place for your visit in Gyeongju.

The mattress was quite hard, but other than that, everything was lovely.

The owner was incredibly sweet and very accommodating. The location is very close to important historical sights.

Located right next to Bonghwangdae and Daereungwon, in the heart of Gyeongju's old city center, it was a great place for morning and evening walks. The nearby Gyeongju Central Market is also a great place to explore.

The location is perfect. It is a budget accommodation with fair amenities in a quiet lane just next to a park with ancient tombs. I highly recommend it

Excellent good value! Location is super convenient, only a short walking distance to all the main attractions of the city, has a few convenience stores around, with the tombs just around the corner. The room was comfortable, big enough for a couple for 3 nights. Has AC, WiFi, ammenities, fridge, good soundproofing, and a perfect bathroom. The bed was comfy and provided a very good sleep. The breakfast was self cooked toast, good to start the day off, coffee and tea available too. The host is very friendly and kind, we felt at home from the beggining.

The bed was a bit too long for the room meaning one of us had to climb over to teach the other side. Not a huge problem for us but might be for those with less mobility.

Excellent location close to tombs and bus station. The bed was spacious and the breakfast was simple but appreciated.

Stayed one night at Bee House Guest House in 경주 and loved it! Clean, neat, and perfectly located—right next to the OAR Contemporary Art Museum. The owners’ puppy, Happy, is the cutest little host! A cozy spot with everything you need for a short stay~
