Many cafes, convinient stores and restaurants nearby. Bus stops, Gangnam and Yeoksam Stations were walking distances. It was okay size for two people.

I got a bit confused whenever I put the address into my map apps. Note that the building says ECLAT on the outside doors. I couldn't hear my neighbors' voices at all, but sometimes I heard cars outside, a door in the hallway, and the upstairs neighbor's (heavy) footsteps. I wear earplugs though so they didn't bother me. Also, some people of the building open the outer windows in the corridor, so you might see a tiny fly or two.

I loved everything about this room! It was super cute and cozy, only a few minutes walk to Yeoksam Station and a 10 minute walk down a slight hill to Gangnam Station. Lots of restaurants around, but I just went into the CU convenience store every day and into a small grocery across the street. I had some of the Maxim coffee and water bottles that were in the room. I was glad for the large TV, soundproofing, and other kitchen and bathroom amenities too. The host also responded to messages very quickly and helped me figure out the bus to Incheon (there's a stop by the subway entrance right across the street). Thank you so much!

The property had an amazing location! It was so near to yeoksam subway station and there are many good places around the property too. On some late nights, we will walk back from Gangnam station :) The room was very clean and well serviced. Amenities were plentiful and it made our stay pleasant. I like that the host was so thoughtful with the amenities and easily contactable when I had inquiries. The room was very cosy and comfortable & we had a good night’s rest every night. I would highly recommend this apartment to all my friends visiting Korea. It’s an easy 10/10!

Very close to Yeoksam Station, with a convenience store right in front and plenty of restaurants nearby. The place is very clean, the owner is super responsive, and the apartment is fully equipped — no regrets at all! If I ever come back to Gangnam, I’ll definitely stay here again.

This is not due to owner but i d not stay in Gangnam. It takes 45 min to get to sightseeing places and to other neighborhood. If you decide to stay in Gsngnam this is a great place

The owner/guardian is very kind, arranging and helpful It s clean and cosy. It has microwave, toaster, coffee machine, boiler and gas to cook. Airconditionning is most welcome, tv, wifi!

Big towels were missing and it wasn't very clean. As well the request for throwing the trash in a foreign country without knowing the laws was tricky.

The location was great but the apartment is very used. Though it has everything you need.

The bed is not the best for for one night it was more than enough.

Easily accessible and good communication from the host. They were very accommodating and super nice. The property comes with a washing machine and hair dryer which were very appreciated.

Clean, comfortable and warm. The host was easy to communicate and very very accommodating. Close to the metro station. Lots of places to eat around. Also, walking distance from the Gangnam shopping area.

so cozy! the location was near restaurants and a subway station. there were free noodles, coffee (KANU machine) and rice as well. The TV was huge and the bed was very cozy. Soundproofing was good as well.

The property is very close to the Yeoksam station. easy to access. the room is clean and tidy, got everything i needed for travelling alone. One great experience i have to point out is that the owner allowed me to keep my luggage inside the room after checkout since there is no other attendant after me. It saved me huge effort and money to find a locker. Thanks for that.

The location was fantastic - as advertised, a 10-minute walk from Gangnam station and a 3-minute walk from Yeoksam station. The apartment was comfortable and cozy, perfect for two people! The sound insulation worked well too - no problems with street noise or noisy neighbors.

The host was highly responsive and accommodating. Her English communication was perfect. The location was also great at the center of Gangnam district, only 3 minutes away from Yeoksam station. The apartment has everything I needed from fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, to ironing board. I would definitely return on my next trip to Seoul.
