i book 2 rooms and and located in both different floors. The main conceirge area is kind of dirty due to wet floor where in the swimming pool area is in the same floor.

Property is in need of renovation. The shower rarely had hot water. An overhead light at the door is on a photocell. It constantly turned on throughout the night when someone walked down the hall.

The 2 lifts up from the street to the reception on the 4th floor aren’t enough for a 30 storey hotel . Sometimes we had to wait a long time. The housekeeping was a bit erratic and sometimes we didn’t get clean towels but the reception staff brought them up. The pool area only has 6 sunbeds so you have to get there early

The location is absolutely great . It’s overlooking the beach and close to everything. The hotel itself is a bit tired but the ocean view room we had was big with a small kitchen and full size fridge . The rooms are pretty basic but clean and the bed was really comfortable.

Language was a bit of a problem at check-in.

Stayed with family for two nights and had a lovely time. Chose ocean view which was gorgeous and worth the extra money. Room was very close in size to an American double and was comfortable for the 3 of us. Location was close to many restaurants and was a 3 minute walk to beach.

Could hear neighbours when they were noisy but that is not something the hotel could control.

The room was very comfortable with ample towels and comfortable bedding. We had an issue with the bathroom which was fixed straight away. We rented kitchen utensils for 11000KRW per night and it had everything we needed. The bathroom facilities were good with ample storage for products. The lighting was good. Good storage space. Great location - so close to the market and to the beach and only a few minutes to the metro station. Reception staff very helpful with our queries.

The room had fantastic kitchen facilities, but only 2 mugs and no other cutlery, crockery or cookware. I’m unsure of the purpose of a full kitchen if it can’t actually be used unless you bring the contents of your kitchen at home. We paid extra for breakfast, however everything was ice cold, which must be the norm since they have 2 microwaves available. There was a kitchen behind the buffet but it wasn’t in action so we’re presuming whatever prepping they’re doing, they didn’t want us to see.

Beautiful room, plenty of facilities with loads of space. The view of the city was lovely especially at night, and we would have enjoyed another few days at this hotel. The location was great and the hotel was spotless.

As many reviews shared, have to take 2 lifts to get to the hotel rooms. Can be a bit of a wait during peak hours but wasn’t a big issue. While views were great, rooms can get pretty hot as sun shines directly into the room in daytime. Not an issue as we weren’t in the rooms most of the time. Heater was turned on from 9pm to 9am (during winter) which can get quite hot, but we simply turned it off and opened the window.

Room was very spacious! There was also a kitchen area in case we wanted to do any cooking. View of the beach was great!! Housekeeping was good, cleaned our room daily. Location was good too, just across the street from the beach, and about 8-10min walk from Haeundae station. Many shops and restaurants nearby.

1. Hotel staff does not serve guests with a smile, does not greet guests oso. 2. Room sized was good for 3-4 pax n has a washing machine but no detergent provided. 3. No coffee n tea , spoons, cups provided. 4 basic toiletries like toothbrush, cotton buds, comb, r not provided.

Access to the pool was not free. They only provided 2 free coupons (when we were 6 people staying for 2 nights). This was nowhere advertised on our reservation. In the end we did not really enjoy the pool because it was really small with too many people. Breakfast food was ok but the room was very small and packed. Not a cozy place to enjoy a nice start of the day.

Large room. Comfortable beds. Great location close to the beach. Staff was very helpful at check-in. They also helped us book a mini van to the station.

No fire alarm sounded when the hotel caught fire. Could have ended far worse than it did. Have had no contact with the hotel since the fire and left to stay elsewhere. Am still awaiting a response in regard to a refund for the whole situation. We were told we could have stayed the night however our room was filled with smoke and soot.

Loved our stay until the hotel caught fire and the alarm never sounded on the upper floors. As someone staying with kids we found this unacceptable and we’re lucky to be out in time before needing medical attention.
