I really liked the property . it has a great layout and feels very spacious. The natural lighting is excellent, which makes the rooms feel bright and welcoming. It was my second stay at Istana, and once again, I had a great experience. The staff were very helpful and kept the place exceptionally clean. This time, I noticed some new facilities added to the small garden, making it a peaceful spot to spend the evening. The location is very convenient—right next to the main road, making it easy to travel to the surfing beach in Weligama and the whale watching point in Mirissa.

Actually there’s nothing 😌

It was very well neat and clean from the lobby it self. They are maintaining it quite nicely. The place owner is very kind and when I required any need he and his wife not hesitated to fulfill that. Thank you for all the support and care given to us during our stay. They allowed us to use the kitchen area and their cutleries as well.

The room was extremely nice and clean. The staff of the property are always happy to give you advice and tips on what to do and help led us book a whale watching tour with a very reasonable charges. Weilgama surfing point is few minutes away and very convenient to travel there from the villa.

Even though it was not a sea face villa but ideal location to surfing points. Location is between Mirissa and Weligama beach. The staff was very nice and helpful, he arranged whale watching tour with a reasonable price than any agency and also got us transport. Everything went smoothly.

The description shows a location in the green landscape. The actual location is next to a very busy, and very loud street. We all struggled to find any sleep due to the noise. Big lorries practically passing by only meters from your pillow.

The caretaker and his family are wonderful, the building as described.

My stay here was excellent! The property is in a great location, close to Secret Beach and Mirissa Beach (around 1 km) and just 10 minutes from Coconut Tree Hill, which was very convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing time. What really stood out was the service—especially Gagan, who works there. He is extremely kind, humble, and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed and made me feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want both comfort and warm hospitality.
