The villa had a great view and felt relaxing to come back to. It was equipped with a fridge, tableware, a hairdryer, and other essentials. There was just the right amount of privacy, without the feeling of staying in a family’s home where you might get small talk or casual questions — everything was handled in a professional and discreet manner.

Great view over the city and very friendly and polite hosts. They also offer home-made breakfast and dinner if needed and are happy to organize everything you need to explore the city. We had a good time here!

Kandy OneView was our first accommodation experience in Sri Lanka. The owner and a lovely lady warmly welcomed us as their guests for our three-day stay. He checked on us every now and then to make sure everything was fine and gave us tips whenever we were a little stuck. The WiFi quality was excellent, so I could handle some Zoom meetings I had to attend. The rooms were as described and had everything we needed for our stay. The best thing about this place, was the view—just as the name suggests. You can sit on the balcony and see the sports stadium, the historical prison, and the beautiful city itself. I loved this view!

Our stay in Kandy was lovely. The view is incredible, pictures don’t do justice! And the room had everything we needed, fridge, food shower, comfy bed. The hosts were lovely and made sure we had a comfortable stay and gave us some water when we left. It was a brief but lovely stay, would recommend!

The host was a really kind and his hospitality was amaizing. The view to Kandy is perfect, i can say here you already have one of the best view to the city. Furthermore he recommended for us a very correct transport service as well.

The only downside was that the location was a bit hard to find as the signboards were quite small, which made it tricky to locate the property. Other than that, it was a great experience overall!

I had a wonderful stay! The view from the room was breathtaking, and the room itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the tea set with milk packets—it was a thoughtful touch that made my mornings even better. The hot water facilities worked perfectly, and everything in the room was just as expected. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my stay. Quite a hike to get there but tuk tuks are widely available.

The internet is a limited package and a bit slow, but the host kindly let me pay for an extra package when it got used up. The host also offers a paid laundry service, although there is no dryer, so it takes longer if it rains. Additionally, for transfers, you might need to help navigate him, even though you’ve paid a lot for the ride. :) There was no breakfast option during my stay, the information on Booking.com may not be fully updated, or it could be due to a language barrier.

I had a lovely stay. It’s similar to a homestay, but your room is separate with a private entrance at the back. It was nice to have most of the basics, and you can ask for top-ups. The hot water depends on the outside temperature, but if you use it with low pressure, it’s lukewarm even in chilly weather. The balcony has a beautiful view, with only distant city noises and lots of pretty birds, along with the occasional monkey. :) It’s within walking distance from the centre (though a bit steep in some parts, so I always took a tuk-tuk for the way back up), and it’s easy to order food through the PickMe app. The host is also very friendly and helpful, making sure you are okay.

Very friendly owner always made sure I had everything i needed. The view was wonderful as well. It is a bit far from centre but it was nice to escape the loud noises and only a short tuktuk ride away.

There is nothing to dislike at there.

Location, Hospitality, Meals and all the other stuffs like amenities and facilities provided by the OneView Chalet were amazing.
