Would be nice if there is a hot shower.

The hosts are really sweet — they gave me lots of treats and were very helpful. The room also has a table and a rack to hang some clothes. The air conditioning works well too.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The location was perfect — close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing, with beautiful views all around. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, exactly what I needed for a pleasant stay. What truly made the difference was the staff. They were exceptionally kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a delicious coffee smoothie, and throughout our stay they often brought us local homemade dishes to try — such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel genuinely cared for. Every day they went above and beyond, checking if we were comfortable and helping us with anything we asked for, from local recommendations to small personal requests. The breakfast was also outstanding — fresh, generous, and full of local flavors. Overall, it was a wonderful experience thanks to the combination of comfort, great food, and the incredible hospitality of the team. I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back again!

AC rather slow, it‘s alright though if you keep it on during the day (and also, there‘s a fan above the bed as well), only cold shower

One of my favorite accomodations in Sri Lanka. Really sweet Hosts, so helpful, friendly and kind. Great location (in the middle of everything, so you can walk everywhere + busstop only about 2‘ away) amazing breakfast with choice of western or sri lankan style.

Omg wow, what a stay! From start to finish it was absolutely spectacular. Pradeep and his wife embody everything Sri Lanka is about - incredible hospitality and warmth. From the welcome drink of cold coffee to delicious snacks like egg hoppers, they truly spoiled me throughout my stay. Every morning started with an amazing breakfast and their constant smiles, which honestly made my day each time. The location couldn’t be better either, just a stone’s throw from the beach. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Mirissa. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, amazing food, and the kind of hospitality you’ll never forget.

The couple who runs Top Sea View are so kind. They gave snacks throughout the day, and breakfast was spectacular. They really wanted to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The view of the ocean from the roof was stunning. Any questions we had were answered promptly, even just about Mirissa's attractions. We also took advantage of their laundry service, which was inexpensive and quick. They just taxi, whale watching, and massage booking as well. The location between two different beaches couldn't have been better.

The host, a young family, Pradeep, Sati and Minugi, makes you feel more than welcome. They spoil their guests with delicious breakfast served on the rooftop terrace and yummy pancakes in the evening. The room is spotless clean and the bathroom and the towels smell good. Highly recommend this guest house to help them build their dream (the upper level)

It’s a hidden gem and the best place that I’ve stayed in Sri Lanka. The hosts are such incredibly kind, helpful and friendly people that it makes your stay so pleasant. Food is amazing. Room has everything you need and is clean. Internet is fast. If I ever visit Sri Lanka again I’ll definitely revisit this place, so worth it!

We loved our stay

The host went above and beyond during our stay, we had a lovely and generous breakfast on the terrace (you can choose between Sri Lankan or European breakfast). The room was pretty spacious and very clean. The host welcomed us with lovely iced coffee on our arrival and an extra chocolate banana pancake every night ( we didn't expect that at all) and it was absolutely delicious. This is a lovely b&b run by a family and we would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect! The hosting family is lovely! The breakfasts were the best always fresh and tasty fruits. Every day in the afternoon we got some extra snacks the lady prepared it for us out of kindness. We used the laundry service as well the price was very good and our clothes smelled so nice.

Amazing location very close to the beach and restaurants. The room was great with Aircon and wifi was very reliable. The owners are very sweet and kind they made us feel very welcomed. Each morning they made us a massive breakfast which included either a choice of a western breakfast or Sri Lankan breakfast and also included fruit, pancakes and coffee or ice coffee( which was delicious). Whenever my parent and I arrive back at the room we were greeted with sweets and coffee/tea free of charge. We will definitely be recommending this accomodation to everyone know. We will definitely be returning here when we are next back in Sri Lanka. Once again thank you so much

While this is not a deal killer the room did not have hot water. As we were on the beach and the weather was over 30 every day we enjoyed the cold shower

The room was very clean and comfortable. The family served us a Sri Lanken breakfast each morning and were very accommodating . The price was more than fair. The location is across from the beach and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance

A gem of a place. Very close to the beach and town but more than that it was the best and cleanest place I’ve stayed in SL. The host was superb. Greeted with iced coffee and kept bringing coffees or sandwiches whenever we returned. Faultless!

The property was amazing location and extremely close to beach and best cafes/restaurants in Mirissa. The staff were kind, provided a washing service and served amazing food. Even invited us for dinner.
