As others have said, the room is even nicer than on the pictures! It is stylishly designed and well-thought out, huge bathroom, comfy bed, sofa area, fridge, kettle. I particularly liked the mood lighting. It is like having your own private bungalow with a fantastic covered terrace where you can relax and have breakfast in the morning. Delicious and bountiful breakfast! Highly recommended for a cozy stay outside of the main strip.

Locations: Although it’s not within walking distance of Ella’s city centre, we found the location perfect. You’re surrounded by greenery, away from the busy tourist area, yet still close to it (15min. by tuk-tuk or motorbike) and with all the essentials near to you — a few restaurants (we recommend Honey Cafe), a mini market, and a motorbike rental (you can rent one directly with the owner by a fair price). The public bus to Ella also stops at your door.

Owner: The owner is absolutely lovely and always willing to help. Communication was super easy via WhatsApp — quick, friendly, and efficient. Room: Very spacious and beautifully decorated — you can really feel that everything was made with care and love. The bed was super comfortable, and the sheets were clean and fresh. There’s no AC, just a small fan, but you honestly don’t need it — the air is naturally cool and fresh thanks to the location in the middle of nature. The room also includes a mini fridge and a kettle for tea, coffee, or snacks. Bathroom: Large, clean, and well-equipped with everything you might need — toiletries (soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner), hair dryer, towels, and great hot water pressure. Balcony: Our favourite spot 🤩 — spacious, peaceful, and equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing in the middle of nature. Breakfast: Simply amazing — both in quality and quantity! You’ll get to try a variety of delicious Sri Lankan dishes, lovingly prepared by the owner’s mother. Other: Room cleaning is available upon request. Wi-Fi worked well both inside and outside the room.

Everything was beyond exceptional

Dear Kavi I’m so grateful you made my stay in your place like at home 🫶🏽 I’ve stayed in Kavi’s place 2 times during my one trip to Sri-Lanka, everything was exceptional for the amount of money I paid, it’s incredible Room is located in peaceful area, so you have time for yourself amongst jungle Morning you wake up with beautiful sunrise and enjoying breakfast on own terrace which designed very nice (btw the whole place is nicely designed) Breakfast were beyond delicious, those pancakes and samosas, I’ll remember them definitely 🥹 Room is equipped with everything you might need, the entire place is new and once you entering room it smells soo fresh and sweet, bed sheets absolutely cleanest and freshest I’ve seen in all 6 hotels I’ve been to while staying in Sri-Lanka I really appreciated that room had fridge, kettle, tea, sugar, honestly really nice and considerate Also bathroom is another story, beautiful design, spacious, soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, toilet paper, dryer, towels literally everything there But I have to highlight hospitality of Kavi who went beyond and further to meet my requests, also ready to help and responsive, I was enjoying your company dear Kavi, he arranged for me tour in Ella, took me to my location for the activities by my request, and also he was picking up/dropping off railway station for free, and picking up/dropping off to the center by request. I haven’t seen anywhere owner is offering free tuk tuk. Kavj really putting soul in his business and place. This wasn’t Vibe Ella dear Kavi, this was Sweet Home for me 🫶🏽 My next trip to Ella will be with your place 🫶🏽

This was the most beautiful room we have stayed in during our time in Sri Lanka. Everything was so well thought out, such a comfortable bed and the view from the balcony and the room was just stunning! We were very happy about the calm and peaceful location. Kavy was very keen on accommodating and helping us and offered rides when needed. The breakfast was great as well! We loved the juices made fresh from Kavy's own grown fruits. We also stopped by at his sister's Café, what a sweet and welcoming family! We would stay here again anytime.

Amazing view, amazing place! It was a very nice accomodation, it was very clean! The breakfast was very good, we had hot water( the first accomodation found with hot water:)!). They have smart tv, so you can Watch “The jungle book” movie on Netflix while staying in the jungle! :)) We highly recommend it!!! P.S.: the host is super friendly and very helpful!! He solved all our needs!

In time of our stay, there wasn't any sign at the street, where the accommodation is. But just call owner through WhatsApp and he will guide you or pick you up :-) You are very close to the nature and there are windows with just grill on them (without glass) so it can be a little noisy with all the jungle sounds during nighttime.

It was a gem found during our stay in Srí Lanka and by far the best accommodation we've had. Everything is brand new, clean, nice smelling, spacious, all the equipment is new and the room is very cosy with beautiful view from terrace . And again - it was the cleanest accommodation we've had. Pictures on booking.cz don't lie. Breakfast is luxurious, with variety of fruits, fresh juice, tea, coffee, traditional Srí Lankan breakfast, egg omelette as you can see in pictures :-) Owners are very kind and more than pleased to help you with anything! If you are worried about location, don't be, it's not so far from town centre and they have tuk-tuk so you can arrange pick-up and drop off in the town without concerns!
