Like any other villa at Villa Shade, we thoroughly inspected and cleaned your room prior to your arrival. However, opening the doors for check-in allowed insects (specifically, small insects named as MERU, attracted to light, after heavy rain) to enter. We addressed the issue immediately upon notification and cleaned the room again. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will take measures to prevent this from happening in the future. Dear Celina, Thank you for your feedback about your stay. We appreciate your comments on the meals, hospitality, garden, and quiet atmosphere. Regarding the payment, we apologize for any inconvenience caused as our pos machine couldn’t accept the payment from the card you produced so that you had to pay by cash. We also apologize for any shortcomings in the cleaning. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action to ensure that all guests have a clean and comfortable stay. We are just 3 kilo Meter away from the city limits. However, we believe that the peace and tranquillity of our location are worth the trade-off. Please note that we do have our own restaurant. The luxury Villa that you reserved which is located on the Tree house wing is little smaller in size & it contains 01 King size Double bed & 2 seperate Single beds with a small kitchen & semi open wash room. The Luxury Villas from the pool wing is bigger in size & those contains 2 King size Double beds with a small kitchen & semi open wash room. The room rate is little higher of those Super Luxury Villas. Families with 4 or 5 guests mostly choose the Super Luxury Villas from the pool wing. Thanks for admiring the food & airconditioning & look forward to see you in some other time to give you the real taste of Villa Shade experience.
