The bathroom wasn’t the best, but functional.

Very nice and cute family, they are very welcoming even though sometimes there is a language barrier. They welcomed me with tea and a treat. The room is good, a lot of blankets so you don’t get cold in the winter.

It was a tad chilly in the evening but they offered a gas fire without asking.

Lovely friendly and welcoming family. Tea on arrival, unexpectedly given a meal and drink in the evening and the breakfast was excellent. Brought me a gas fire in the evening as it was chilly. A lovely family experience Good location and nice easy parking outside.

I liked all the unadvertised extras such as 3 meals a day and a mountain bike. The host Khalid is a teacher and speaks great English. He told me where to see would monkeys 6 km away and provided me with the bike to ride there. To visit the university and the lake. No money was expected or talked about. However, in fairness, I gave him in return... Maybe accommodation was a stay in a room with a host family . A lovely family, his wife, and daughter hafsa, who also spoke some English. Adorable but crazy Siamese kitten.

The blankets were a bit scratchy, and the walls are a bit thin, so you can hear your next door neighbors!

The apartment description failed to mention that it was a shared space with the family residing there. This lack of transparency was disappointing and left us surprised upon arrival. Despite advertising a fully-equipped kitchen and living room with a TV, these amenities were consistently occupied by the family members. While we didn't spend the whole day at home to observe when these amenities were available for use, during the times we were at home, they were occupied, limiting our access. The single bathroom also posed an inconvenience, especially during busy mornings when we had to wait in line. The room itself was uncomfortably cold at night, contrary to the description claiming the presence of a fireplace. While the host's wife offered a gas heater, it provided only temporary relief and was insufficient for maintaining warmth throughout the night. Engaging in lengthy conversations with the host's wife before bedtime also detracted from our relaxation after a long day of sightseeing.

Overall, our stay at this apartment was satisfactory, but there were aspects that left us with mixed feelings. On the positive side, the apartment provided a cozy atmosphere that might appeal to those open to a "host-family" experience. The host's wife, in particular, was incredibly friendly and even treated us to a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast, adding a personal touch to our stay. Additionally, the location was convenient, with close proximity to taxis and the bus station, as well as being just a 10-minute walk from the city center. A noteworthy gesture from the host's wife was providing us with a large umbrella, which proved incredibly useful during an unexpectedly haily day. The hosts were also very flexible with the check-out time and offered to keep our luggage in the living room when a new guest arrived.

This is a room in a family apartment with a shared bathroom. It is located on a quiet street but just a block from the shops and restaurants on a main road. There was place to park our bikes in the lobby. We were able to make use of the kitchen. The breakfast was excellent. The family were kind and helpful.

The room furniture is poor, there is no bedside cabinet and there is no reading lamp.

The family members, khalil, his wife Siham, and daughter Hajer are generous great people. I, by all meanings enjoyed staying with them.I

It was a great experience, in khalil's family immediatly you feel that you are with your own. The food was amazing. The price is cheap but the atmosphere is pricelss. I would thank mr khalil, his wife and their daughter for the great hospitality and the great service, definitly i'll come back again when visiting the beautiful city ifrane.

Ifrane is warm in the daytime (about 20) but cooler at night. Their home doesn't have central heat and they only used the gas heater the first night in the common area. We were warm enough at night under two blankets, but we kept our jackets on in the house.

Meaningful, authentic experience to live with Khalil and Sehan's family for three nights. In addition to delicious breakfasts, they included us in tasty family dinners eaten Moroccan style from a big platter. Khalil took us on a nearby hike, to a trout farm, and to the Sunday outdoor market. Sehan taught me to make local pan breads. Khalil's English was good enough for communication. He teaches Arabic and French and also helped us with some basic Arabic words. The neighborhood is quiet, and street parking was convenient.

A very kind and friendly family who were generous enough to allow me quite an early check-in, as well as a late check-out when I was feeling unwell. The bedroom was very comfortable with all the facilities that I needed and the location makes it easy to explore Ifrane itself and the surrounding area.
