It was near the jemma el fna, only the location was a bit hard to find it at first, really clean, the bathroom a bit small for me because I am tall, but nevermind the Riad it was perfect for me, small, and the staff awesome. The host Mohamed was awesome, he showed me some nice places to go out and see, really helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I will be back soon with other people.

The riad is on a great location (it's on a thin street in the medina but very close to one of the main streets which lead to the Jemaa el-Fna square), the room is very comfortable. Beatuful terrace and very tasty breakfast, and last but not least, amazing staff working there who will support you with everything you need!

The only, literally only downside of this stay was the bathroom in our particular room (it didn't seem as though this was the case with all of the rooms) which was quite small and using the toilet felt a bit like doing yoga. It was very clean though.

Everything was clean, the beds comfy, Mohammed who took care of us was a wonderful host, the breakfast was lovely, the location is great if you want to stay in the Medina. The terrace on the rooftop is really cute and nice to hang out at in the evening.

There is nothing that we did not like though the availability of tea/coffee making facilities would have been most welcome.

A kettle in the room or tea/coffee making facilities being available will be the icing on the cake. Mohamed, the Manager of the hotel , is very efficient and helpful and has a calm temperament and engaging personality . Nothing is too much trouble for him and he ensures that all guests are treated with kindness and respect. He met us at the Jema-el-Fna drop off point and helped with our luggage, both on arrival and departure. The property is very clean and immaculately presented with a fantastic display of Moroccan tiles throughout the common areas, including the rooftop where a good breakfast is served between 8-10 am. The rooms are cleaned daily and are maintained at a high standard of neatness and cleanliness.

    Nothing to mention.

Mohamad was an exceptional host, welcoming, and always ready to help with a big smile. We felt incredibly secure and well taken care of throughout our stay. A true testament to his honesty: he returned my wife's bag before she even realized it was missing. That level of trust is rare and deeply appreciated. Highly recommended! The stay was smooth, comfortable, and truly pleasant from start to finish.

I recommend this riad. The highest possible rating for hospitality, helpfulness and politeness of the staff. Mouhamed was very willing to help and gave us valuable tips for a successful stay and sightseeing in Marrakech. A delicious breakfast served on the terrace is an additional advantage of the facility.

The camper van/aircraft size bathroom, poor Wi-Fi in the bedroom and very firm mattress. Note that the address is wrongly listed on google maps.

Staff (Mohammad is a gentleman, super friendly and helpful), the delicious breakfast on the terrace, the quiet location close to the square (once you find it!), the cleanliness (rooms made up every day) and exceptional value for money.

The road heading to the riad might be a bit concerning if you are a female solo traveller at night, as it is outside of the main roads, with almost no one on the street and sometimes a bit dark.

The host has been very welcoming and nice. Breakfast was good. The riad has everything you need, with a nice terrace! Location is good, as the riad is in the Medina, close to markets, restaurants and nightlife !

It was very difficult to find the Riad. We couldn't reach somebody via phone because the number is from the owner in France. Also via a booking message we didn't get an answer. It would be easier to let them know the arrival time before.

The host Mohammed was soo friendly and polite. He helped us a lot. Starting with paying the kids who helped us to find the Riad because we had no small money anymore. As a welcome he prepaired delicious tea. It was as delicious as the breakfast. Mohammed helped us with all our questions and we had the feeling to have a new friend in our life. Our room was nice and we slept well.

The place is very cute, charming and clean. It’s obvious that it’s taken care of with love. It’s close to Jema El’fnaa but it’s in a quiet street, so it’s peaceful. The hosts are absolutely amazing, they really go out of their way to help you with anything. They are very kind and sweet people.

Communication with the host was a bit challenging since speak only a little English. The lighting in the room we stayed in could be improved, although it seemed like other rooms had better lighting. Also, one evening when it rained, no one closed the skylights and doors on the rooftop, so water ended up in the rooms, so it would be good to pay more attention to such things, a lot of water can accumulate in the room. The bathroom door is semi-transparent - not completely, but it's also quite narrow, which makes it a bit tricky to open and close. It would also be helpful to improve the clarity of information for guests, such as guidance on entering the property if the host is not there, the breakfast hours, and details on check-out procedures. Clearer instructions on these would enhance the experience.

The accommodation is in a good location within the medina. It’s not accessible by car, but the nearest drop-off point is only about a 6-7 minute walk, so it’s manageable. The room looked just like it does in the photos. The rooftop terrace is lovely, as is the breakfast they offer. They change the towels daily and clean the room every day. I would recommend this place for people who don’t plan to spend the whole day at the accommodation, but rather use it for short breaks and overnight stays.

My stay at Dar Dikrayat was absolutely wonderful! The ambiance of the riad was truly authentic and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring the vibrant streets of Morocco. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan touches. What made the experience even more special was the exceptional hospitality we received. The young man at reception went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He was incredibly humble, always smiling, and quick to help with anything we needed. From organizing local recommendations to assisting with any questions, his kindness made us feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout our time at the riad.
