Breakfast was fabulous. There was a variety of fresh fruit, yogurt, egg option, bread offerings that changed daily, and fresh orange juice and coffee or tea. The massage from Mouna was one of the BEST I've ever had.

This Riad was perfectly situated in the Medina. The facilities were beautiful and the staff went out of their way to accommodate all our needs.The hammam on site was a highlight to our trip. We highly recommend this accomodation and can’t wait to return.

We truly enjoyed our time at the Riad — it was a peaceful oasis in the middle of lively Marrakech. Everyone was incredibly friendly, the place was spotless, and beautifully decorated. We felt completely at home and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. A big thank you to the whole team!

The property is ideally located in the Medina- all sites can be visited on foot. The decor is really beautiful and the staff is so welcoming.

We were a bit surprised to see that the patio in the ground floor was used for clients - lying on beds in the public room - after a spa treatment.

The double bed was comfortable, the bed linen was fine, and the room was nicely decorated. We got assistance from Dar Saada with transfer of our luggage, to and from the airport, and it was very helpful.

A little more breakfast

Lovely welcome from Hasim on arrival into the calm, peaceful and orange blossom scent Riad courtyard where we were given tea. Hasim was very helpful and friendly.

The pool was a bit chilly, but it’s such a treat to have one at all

We loved our stay! The hotel is right in the medina but feels like a peaceful oasis—quiet, full of greenery, and birdsong. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Our room was spotless, cool, and super comfy. Breakfast on the rooftop was delicious with lots of Moroccan options. We also tried the in-house hammam and massage—such a relaxing experience, totally worth it. The team went above and beyond, even surprising us with a sweet gift for our anniversary. Thank you for making our stay so special!

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi wasn’t working properly during my stay, but everything else made up for it. Make sure you have an e-sim.

Maison Daar Saada is the perfect spot in the heart of the Medina, just steps away from Jemaa el-Fna. The location couldn’t be better for exploring Marrakech. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole stay feel warm and personal. The riad itself is beautifully renovated in a fresh white boutique style, elegant, charming, and full of character.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property but I will note for anyone booking that the old town has restrictions on drop off traffic during the day. Without prior booking of transfer transport through the riad we would have found it difficult to navigate luggage across the main square and finding the Riad. The reception staff met us from the car, was awaiting our arrival at a meeting point, he took our cases and pulled them across the cobbled square pointing out important amenities such as ATM, points of interests and points of reference to support our orientation of the city. The square was bustling and so busy. We were grateful we had booked the support.

It felt like an oasis in the midst of the business of the old city. It was in immaculate condition and beutifully tranquil. I chose this riad for its location and the picture on its website. It is as advertised. Rooms are beautiful and so comfortable. Slept extremely well. The staff were fantastic and very attentive. They made reservations for us for our chosen restaurants, collected and took us to our transfer vehicles that they arranged for us.

Well travelled Australian & French couple here.. This riad was outstanding. The contrast between its calm, tranquil atmosphere and the intensity of the medina outside is striking. Service from Hamid and his team was world class - genuinely among the best experiences we’ve had anywhere. The level of care and hospitality here sets a benchmark that many other countries / establishments could learn from. Maison Dar Saada is cool, collected, and calming in every sense. Nothing, everything was perfect

What an amazingly beautiful Riad, so serene And tastefully decorated, an oasis of calmness in the oh so hectic Marrakech. Our room was so spacious, clean and a pleasure to retire to. The staff went over and above to make our stay so memorable, they organised a super tour for us, organised gluten free bread (as I have an allergy) nothing was too much for them. They told us this was our home and we really felt like it was our home.We also thoroughly enjoyed our hammam and massage. The pool, rooftop breakfasts and lounge area on the rooftop were exceptional . We shall be back.

This riad is definitely worth it! The décor was beautiful, both in our room and around the pool. We were lucky upon arrival, as we were the only guests and could enjoy the pool just for ourselves. What we appreciated the most, however, was the staff. The two gentlemen in charge during our stay were incredibly helpful. The first was very welcoming and friendly, and the second was kind, assisting us whenever we needed and even accompanying us to the taxi pick-up point—my mom and I are so grateful to him. You truly feel safe here. Highly recommended!
