A very small hotel with huge hospitality! Our room was perfect, good size, comfortable bed and even traditional slippers! Location was great, inside the riad. Could not have asked for more from Omar, who looked after us with such kindness, we were given fabulous lists of places to visit and restaurants, transport was arranged for us and communication was clear and quick.

The pathway to/from taxi (Bab el Ain) is fairly steep so it was difficult to get to/from with heavy suitcases. We were on the second floor so this made it even more challenging. Omar helped carry one of them at check-in. Breakfast was bread, jams and omelette, with coffee and juice. My husband doesn’t eat eggs but there was no other choice so he had to skip.

Great location, very close to everything. The host Omar was proactively helpful in getting there and recommendations around the town. Clean room.

Clean, pretty, centrally located in the Medina. The man I interacted with, Omar, was amazing. Really helpful and attentive. Met me at the entrance to the Medina and was responsive to all my requests, including finding me a driver for my return to the airport. Air conditioning!

The aesthetic of Dar Yamina Suika was exceptional, and we were so well looked after by Omar! It’s a shame we only stayed for one night - I could have done more of the sitting on the rooftop that’s nestled in the mountains, with the fantastic breakfast and fresh mint tea! Will certainly come back!

I had an excellent stay! I loved the welcoming and comfortable room I stayed in, with its "mezzanine" bed and resting area. All was new and functional. The location, in the heart of Chefchaouen, was great and I enjoyed walking around and seeing most of the recommended sights. It was quiet at night (yes, there is a mosque close by but this is Morroco!) and breakfast was delicious. Omar was very kind and helpful and ensured I was doing well all along my stay. This place is a little gem and I can't recommend it enough! Thank you very much

Having to depart!

Location is amazing - within the old walls of the medina. Everything within a 10 minute walk, the main square a few minutes walk only. Easy to return if forgotten anything during the day or change of clothing. Lovely door step area with flowers so your own private place to take photos free of tourists! Spotlessly clean. Bed very comfortable. Bottle of drinking water provided + can be refilled - just ask at breakfast. And lovely touches like Moroccan slippers to wear during the stay + local natural body oil in the bathroom. Very quiet at night - note close windows due to early call to prayer but aircon unit for heat or cooling. Host Omar super helpful + available by message at any time + attended to see me when I arrived early to facilitate an early check in + was made coffee to drink on the spectacular roof top with wonderful views whilst I waited despite that I was very early. Omar provided recommendations via message on places to visit, eat + a local hammam with maps links to the exact location. Accommodated an earlier breakfast too on my day of departure due to a coach reservation. Lady who cleans + makes breakfast so lovely + friendly despite our language barrier. Her breakfast was more than ample, fresh + delicious - local breads, churros, jam, honey, amlou almond butter, local cream cheese, olives, omelette, orange juice + tea/coffee. Cannot recommend this place highly enough- would definitely stay here on any return trips! Thanks a million,chokkran bzaf!

We booked last minute, and arrived late at night. They were so helpful at helping us find a car park, met us and walked us to the apartment. So helpful after a long days drive. They are super responsive and so kind. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay. The place is so lovely and great value for money!

Our room was overlooking one of the main roads and the windows were not soundproof. There were kids running and screaming, as well as construction work, until 1am. We couldn’t sleep for 2 nights.

The property was clearly recently renovated. The room and bathroom were very bright with natural light and super comfortable. The property also had a nice roof where we ate breakfast .
