The noise from the street which made it a bit difficult to fall a sleep.

A nice stylish old house with lots of space and 3 floors just for us, plus the terrace. We could enjoy a great typical morrocan breakfast for just 50 dirhams. It was so nice to come in the morning at your preferred time to a table full of delicious food. Cleaning service every day was a great plus. Internet worked very well too. Perfect communication with the owner. They were very helpful and responded immediately to my queries. It is a walking distance to the main square and to old souks, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. It was simply a great experience of our stay in Marrakesh. I can just recommend it!

We had an issue with a broken shower hose on ground floor bedroom, the owner did resolve this by sending a plumber the next day, the rooftop parasol was also not opening, even the housekeeping had tried and was not able to (definitely should look into this) and the ac units in a bedroom and living room were constantly dripping even though the landlord did have a look into the bedroom one.

I loved the Riad, so did my family, we had such a lovely time together on all levels of the Riad, it was spacious, clean, well kept, had lots of character and was also very comfortable. It was tucked away through an alley of other residential riads but it had everything you needed near by. The riad had a dining level which we loved as it was spacious and clean and also had a great social and downing aspect, the rooftop above was superb with amazing views all the bedrooms were beautifully done and the living room was very pretty too.

It was perfect

We stayed at this beautiful Riad in Marrakech from Sunday to Wednesday as a family of six, and it was truly one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. The property itself is stunning – a spacious four-story Riad that is spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, and beautifully presented. It can easily accommodate up to 11 people, making it perfect for families or groups. What made our stay truly exceptional was the hospitality. Rachid, the owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful from the start. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. He arranged transportation for us with a lovely driver named Kamal, who was equally kind and reliable. We also organized a trip to the nearby mountains through Rachid, which included breathtaking views, a visit to a traditional Berber house, and a local market experience we’ll never forget. The recommendations we received for places to visit and dine at were spot on – we had the chance to try some of the most delicious Moroccan food. One unexpected benefit for me personally was relief from my allergies. I usually suffer from pollen allergies in Málaga, but during our stay in Marrakech – and particularly in the comfort of this Riad – I felt fantastic. The Riad also has staff who can prepare amazing lunches and dinners upon request, adding to the overall experience. This was our first time in Morocco, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We left with wonderful memories, and we are so grateful to Rachid and his team for their warmth and exceptional hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

We stayed at the Riad for one night and it was amazing! We were served tea and pastries upon arriving and the hosts were very kind and accommodating. It was clean and very comfortable for a big group. The location was great to access restaurants. We wish we spent more time there!

Very little. Climbing up and down the stairs without an elevator may be limiting for some but we didn’t mind. The water pressure in one of the showers was very low but when brought to the attention of the owners it was fixed within hours and was completely fine afterward.

This Riad was in an excellent location with great access to restaurants and shopping which was great for our family. We could get anywhere in old town within a 5-20 min walk. We also loved the size of the riad, which we had all to ourselves. Three floors and a rooftop. Three bedrooms with enough to sleep 7. The owners were so attentive and had the utmost desire to make sure our stay was perfect. They arranged for save travel from the airport for a very reasonable price. Breakfast was traditional and was extremely reasonable and so, so delicious. This seems to be a hidden gem that won’t stay hidden for long I think. We would 💯 come back here!

Everything ticked the boxes

Property was 30 seconds walk away from where my taxi dropped me off and in a very quiet and clean area. Location was excellent as very close to to the souk and the square.

The air conditioning were awful, too small for the rooms and the 3 bedroom AC wasn’t even working and the owner knew about it and replaced it with a fan. In the Marrakech’s 40+ weather it’s impossible to sleep in there 😅
