My room was so basic so it had no air-conditioning, I knew that so no complain but be sure not to expect too much

Hotel is basic and comfortable I think it's more suitable for young people, breakfast is very good, views from terrace are great

Youness is such a nice helpful guy. you can ask him to help with most things like taxi, where to eat etc. The place is newly refurbished and clean. great view of the mountains from the rooftop. breakfast is great!

The breakfast was really nice overall but was lacking eggs, something that we had in other breakfasts in Morocco. Very bread / cake-heavy breakfast 😄 Also, there was a lot of construction work going on in the opposite side of the alleyway in the medina, so sleep was disrupted a bit.

The property is really nice; a stunning, large place to stay with a fantastic roof terrace. Our host Najim was great and offered to show us to where we wanted to visit, we wanted to explore the place ourselves though so that was fine. He really was the star of the place! We were able to do some laundry and made good use of the facilities.

The raid is far from the parking, is like 10 minutes long and you should pay attention to that!

The raid travels you into a different century of Andalousian with its architecture and design, I love it ! Everything was extremely unique and the kitchen with the highest intelligence and organized and I want to give a special thanks to young "Najib" incredible person, thank you!

It is not that I don't like it because I knew it was like that but the toilet and bathroom is shared but everything was super clean

The Riad was very cosy, clean and the people working there was very nice and helpful. It is inside the Medina so you have the full experience of it! The breakfast was super nice and there's always somebody to attend you.

Staff is incredibly kind and they helped us from the beginning to the end. The location is fine although now there are some works that make it a bit difficult to find. Breakfast is good.

Room is small, just a bed. Wifi signal was too weakntonmake use of in the upper floor room. Hosts don't give key of external door so you might need to wait for them to come. Price is fare, but you can find nicer ones for the same.

It's comfortable and freshly refurbished (or well maintained). Hosts communicate well.

Very friendly staff and a wonderful place located in a zone in the medina that is easy to get in and get out. Well decorated rooms in Marroquian style. Thanks to Amin, he is a gentle and kind man that makes our stay even better. Be sure to get the king or Queen rooms. They are big and beatiful. The others ones are too small and plain.

The room wasnt clean enough, very dusty entrance main door, behind children beds, and floors. No sheets linen for single beds, we had to ask every night for it. Noisy rooms inside and outside the ryad, if you are looking for a quiet night this is not your place. Breakfast was good, but very slow, needed to be prepared in advance. The host wasnt there at the time. It was only comunicación over the phone.

Central location at the Medina. Lively and good decorated new Riad. Very tradicional guest house. Parking 10m walking 3eur per day. The host came to collect is from car park to the Riad

Noisy at night but to be expected in the centre of the medina. It is a little difficult to find using Google maps, but the locals are very happy to help.

Extremely helpful staff. Mohammed went out of his way to help us. His colleague prepared a good breakfast and was also very helpful.

The facility is run by a couple of good guys who unfortunately have not been trained to do this job. The sheets were not changed, they were full of hair and stains,we had to ask for towels because they were not present. I'm sorry to write this, but not finding clean sheets Is a form of disrespect towards the guest (people are not stupid, they notice it)They are doing some work on the terrace, plaster is everywhere and it is not removed after the work, the terrace is messy.

traditional moroccan Riad in the middle of the medina of Tetouan i really enjoyed it so much the young that works there is so helpful and kind.

Very dirty towels and sheets. When asked to change they changed them with other dirty ones.

The terrace was nice. The room had a nice fan.
