The property literally has everything you need for a super stay . It could not have been better .

The location is quiet but easy access to everywhere . A little oasis away from the medina

The property was beautifully decorated and well-maintained. The balcony offers a view of the lush golf course with the Atlas Mountains as the stunning backdrop. Karim is a thoughtful host who anticipates guest’s every need, ensuring a truly home-away-from-home experience. Thank you for creating such a beautiful and welcoming space!

If you’re sensitive to noise - bring earplugs for sleeping as one of the bedrooms is close to a main road, there is a rooster somewhere near the building that starts early lol, and the airport is right next door so inevitably you’ll hear planes going over the apartment. This did not take away from how lovely the stay was. And it’s worth noting that you’ll be hard pressed to find an apartment in Marrakesh that isn’t noisy!

Apartment was very clean and beautifully presented. Karim went out of his way to be helpful both before our stay and during, always checking in if we were happy or needed anything. The best host we have come across. The location was great, about 20 mins from the city and beautiful views of mountains from the balcony. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Karim!

The apartment is modern and immaculately clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is extremely well equipped, the balcony is a lovely space and the view from the balcony, over the pool and golf course, is perfect. The wifi is excellent and the huge TV with international channels amazing. Plenty of hot water, great showers, air con and heating - everything you need for a comfortable stay in any season. Despite how close it is to the airport, it is very well sound-proofed. My partner is a light sleeper with very good hearing, but he slept really well, so that was an unexpected bonus! The location was perfect, being far enough out of the city to be out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough for a short taxi ride (or drive in a hire car if you are happy to take your life in you hands!) Plenty of parking but also easy walking distance to the excellent restaurant at the golf course, plus other shops & restaurants (a 20-30 min walk). The host, Karim, was very attentive and extremely helpful, thank you for providing such a lovely place to stay in Marrakech.

Spacious apartment, outstanding view, quiet, and close to the city centre. Moreover, Karim is a wonderful guy, very attentive to his guests and can help you with everything. Maybe the best host I have met so far and I have travelled to a lot of places in 4 continents.

I really can’t fault anything on this property! Lovely luxury appartement with amazing pool! Kitchen provided everything we needed to whoop up a nice breakfast/dinner. Airconditioning was soooo nice:-) Ample towels, also for pool. Washer, clean oven & microwave, iron board & iron, XL TV, nice big sofa to enjoy as a family, dining table, comfy beds, two bathrooms, what more do you need?! Location superb, close to Jmaa El Fna, old medina. If you want to enjoy a relaxed cool (!) summer @Marrakech, book this property and you’ll be happy :-))

The noise of the airport will drive you mad,also very expensive for the flat that there aren’t much about it.and I don’t like that I have booked and paid on booking.com and I had pay extra in the apartment again £40 extra,that is because it’s written in small line that I need pay city tax.and then we have been kicked out on the day we had a flight back to home,exactly at 12 and our flight was at night.he couldn’t wait a few hours later.i had take my kids outside.they were very tired before the flight time.

Great contemporary apartment. Lovely host Karim. Helped us with local amenities, food take out and taxs etci. Would defo stay again. Would reccomend to others. Thumbs up

The Appartement was very nice, well furnished and at an amazing location. In the morning you could enjoy the sun with a view on the golf court and the pool area. There was also a smart TV with lots of channels and streaming options, which was very comfortable. Karim was so nice and helpful and we could ask him anything, he always answered fast and helped us with everything we came up with. Thanks a lot for the nice stay!!

Karim is an excellent and thoughtful host. Whenever we needed something he was able to quickly help. The beds were comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and the kitchen was well equipped. I highly recommend this property.

Nice, clean, and a very comfortable apartment with lovely views of pool and golf course, soothing green. Owner Karim is a lovely gentleman. He is easy to access and readily available to assist with the stay at his apartment, as well as general information & guidance regarding Marrakesh with his local knowledge. This apartment is approximately 15 minutes walk from Marrakesh Menara Airport. The apartment is in a very quiet and secured residential estate, with 24 hours of security - peaceful all around.

Very clean property that has everything you need. Karim was a great host, he helped before arrival as well as during the stay. Highly recommend the property.

Karim was a perfect host, there when you needed him but left you to your own devices if you didn’t. His apartment looks like the best in the whole complex and is well appointed with great air conditioning and amazing TV with every satellite channel you could imagine! A few minutes walk across the golf course to a couple of nice restaurants and a quick drive into the centre.

The sun beds around the pool are basic and not plentiful but the pool itself is amazing, perfect temperature and wonderfully clean

We had an awesome stay. The apartment is very clean, well equipped, and located: close to the airport, the supermarket, the bakery, and the gas station. Moreover, Karim was very helpful, punctual, and detail-oriented.
