How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Verified reviewThe farm is incredible- it was perfect for traveling with a small child too. My daughter loved the animals and the fun little activities they had planned (earth house making). The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable- even making a special dinner for my daughter who is a very picky eater and was struggling to eat healthy food during our trip. The food they served was so fresh and delicious! What a hidden gem!

Verified reviewThe property and farm was stunning, beautiful views of the Atlas Mountains. The variety of animals and activities on the farm and surrounding area were great. The food quality and choice was great. We had a fantastic time with our kids! The staff were friendly and welcoming.
No WiFi in our room only in communal areas which was annoying as we wanted to watch a movie in bed in the evenings ect as not much to do after sunset due to the remote location; but we actually enjoyed being off grid for a few days once we got used to the idea.

Difficult to say…. It will be a dream if accommodation will be slightly cheaper or create a loyalty card ;)

Verified reviewThe garden was pretty and peaceful. It was nice to see the animals. The staff were friendly.
The accommodation was a bit unloved. The sink didn’t drain in the bathroom and the gas heater provided was ancient and made the room stink of fumes. Also the food although undoubtedly using their fresh ingredients didn’t live up to the reviews. We had what could have been an excellent little tart but it had been microwaved giving soggy pastry.

Verified reviewWe stayed in four different places during our trip to Morocco, and this one was our favorite for so many reasons: • Food: We had the best tajines here. You can tell that all the ingredients are fresh and handled with care. The flavors were even better than some high-end restaurants we visited in Morocco. • Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly. We also had the pleasure of speaking with the owners, who were absolutely lovely. • Room: The room was clean and tastefully decorated. • Location: It’s just a 45-minute taxi ride from Marrakech Airport, tucked away in a small, peaceful village—a little slice of heaven. The quiet surroundings made it perfect for stargazing; we even saw the Milky Way! • Animals: The animals were such a delightful addition. The cats and dogs were very well-behaved and added so much charm to the experience. • Facilities: Although it gets a bit cool at night, they have fireplaces, which made it cozy. We loved sitting by the fire with the adorable cats on our laps. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor seating areas.
One small drawback is that the pool is located next to the horses and donkeys, which means there are quite a few flies. They were a bit bothersome when lounging by the poolside.

Verified reviewPerfect place for everyone who likes animals, nature and delicious homemade meals! We felt very welcomed since the first moment. All the food was so delicious (Im still thinking about the yummy chicken tagine with figs!). Our daughter enjoyed meeting all the animals many times per day and Im sure I will still hear “baby horse” for a long time ;) Thank you again, Robert, for offering us to change the room, it was perfect and for taking time to talk with us and answearing the questions we were curious about. See you soon!

Verified reviewIt's a beautiful place, loved the accommodation. Great swimming pool, very friendly and helpful staff, helpful owner, fantastic food, especially the lunch. The farm animals are a great bonus. We rented a Pavillion for four and a double room (traveling with three kids). The pictures and description don't do it justice. The pavillion actually has two rooms and two bathrooms, all very nicely decorated and luxurious soft linen, thick walls that keep it cool even when it's hot, large private area in front of the pavilion with a fridge to keep water or other food cool. The double room was set in a charming little courtyard. All done with lots of care.
If anything the fact that you are in a bit of a compound. Don't expect to go eat out on the fly because all the restaurants in the area work on a reservation-only basis. The town next to Jnane Tihihit is a bit of a slum, especially after the earth quake, but it probably wasn't great before either, without paved roads in the town. Hopefully the community will (re)build as it is currently a bit of a sad sight, with people living in temporary tents. Other than that it's a beautiful area. Don't expect a cheap stay btw, the prices are European. A three-day stay set us back some 1200 euros including food, but this was also due to the fact that we rented a second room for our oldest (they offered to place an extra bed in the Pavillion but we preferred an extra room).

Verified review+INGRIDIENTS: chicken meat, goat meat, duck meat, fresh eggs, fresh pomegranate juice, fresh orange juice, lemonade, fresh milk, cheese at breakfast, figue jam, orange jam, all the vegetables they cook with- ALL THAT COMES FROM THIS FARM! That is so impressive and such a rarity these days. +FOOD: beautiful, tasty, special 10* +comfortable large bed at least 180x200 cm +pillows comfortable, bedding natural fabric, duvet large and cozy +you feel relaxed and safe 100%. We never locked our room. +STAFF: polite, friendly, hardworking, really doing everything to please their guests +THE OWNERS: a lovely welcoming couple who made their vision to reality. Impressive to see that farm which is over 20 years of work. +POOL area is relaxing. Unheated pool. +Activities. We milked a cow. Saw a freshly born horse. Absolutely wonderful place for kids.
Nothing at all. *Only an info: You can book half board or eat a la carte. I wished we would have known the possibility to book half board which would have been more suitable for us. I only found it out at the check out by reading through the brochure. No TV in the rooms. WiFi didn't work at least during our stay.

Verified reviewThis is an idyllic set up for children - our son loved the farm. The opportunity to get stuck into farm life was amazing for him. The farm is very rustic but it has lost its charm. The accommodation is functional, yet lacks finesse and style.
It is such a shame to have to write this however it’s important to be honest in the feedback - the farm has huge potential but it just feels neglected. Overall the place did not feel clean or well maintained - some examples of just a few: in the first room we stayed in there were holes in the curtains, in the second room we could smell a bad drain in the bathroom and the basin didn’t drain property, towels and bedding are very old, there was litter around the farm. There were bones in the garden terrace that the cats and dogs would gnaw on during meals which was very off-putting. The furniture seemed grimy as the animals sleep on it.

Verified reviewLittle paradise on earth, close to Marrakech! We spend 4 nights with our two kids (one of 3 years old and our baby) and we had a wonderful time. I could cry thinking about it. We are definitely coming back!! Just walking around the place is a delight, the food is delicious, the staff is so friendly and there are so many animals and fruit trees and flowers ... it's stunning. Even more beautiful than the photo's here give away. The farm is 'self sustainable' so what you eat, comes directly from the land. And let's not forget about the view!!!! While you're on the terrace or at the natural swimming pool, you get blue skies and incredible views of the atlas mountains, with snow peaks. There are a lot of activities you can do; horse riding, donkey ride for smaller children, hiking, visiting Agafay dessert and watching the sunset, cooking class, learning how to make goat cheese.. and if you want to get into the city of Marrakech, you can, it's about 45 min away. You don't need to book a riad in the medina of Marrakech if your departure time is during the night or early morning. They fix you a taxi anyway! But if you really want to, the owners have a riad aswell, Dar Touyir
