Very clean, tidy and so beautiful

Everything was amazing

The hotel was very beautiful and peaceful, not too far from the city, but far enough to relax after a busy day. The staff was very friendly and helpful

The lighting in the room could be a bit brighter, it was a bit dark. We had to go to a wedding and I did my make up outside because Iit was too dark inside

The place is beautiful, cosy and very relaxing and the stuff ( assia and aziz) was very kind and helpful. I recomand whithout hésitation

Amazing pool and garden and quiet environment. Comfortable bed, very big room and living room. The staff were incredibly nice. Very close to a super unknown museum (Palmerie), so worth a visit. You also have a supermarket 2kms away where you can get groceries and drinks.

The breakfast, even though it was savoury and typical, the fact that it was only bread and similar and one omelette and had no fruit or more options wasn’t ideal. Some windows had no shutters and the sun would come in very early. We also has some moments without water or electricity.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Riad Sheherazade in Marrakesh. The host was fantastic, providing perfect accommodation and ensuring everything was just right. The staff were incredibly nice and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we were delighted with our stay and would highly recommend it to others. Excellent service all around!

Dear Sirs, I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Riad Shéhérazade Marrakech. The experience I had at the hotel fell far short of what was promised on the booking platforms. First of all, the hotel's location makes it extremely difficult to get a cab to the city center - a detail that is not informed in advance, and which ends up being a major inconvenience for those who want to get around easily. In addition, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of basic services that are expected of any hotel. There is no reception available, no properly functioning customer service. I felt completely helpless during my stay, without any support or guidance from the hotel staff. It is unacceptable that a hotel with this level of structure should receive such a high score (9.1) on Booking, which leads me to question the veracity or timeliness of these reviews. The score in no way reflects the reality I found there. I feel cheated and deeply frustrated by the experience. I hope that this complaint will serve to make real improvements to the service and transparency of the information provided to guests

I absolutely LOVED this stay!!!! The room is better than the pictures, and the ambience is increadable. Hospitality is incredible They make you feel so welcome and part of there home! Kind hearts. Go above and beyond for you. Mosaidassia is the loveliest lady I've ever met, she was so kind and helped me with every single question. The best place we have ever stayed!!!! We will be back. Recommend to everyone!

The property is set a short drive from Marrakesh in beautiful grounds. When we arrived, were warmly greeted by Assia and Hamza who were waiting at the front for our arrival. We were treated to local Moroccan mint tea and traditional sweet treats before being shown our spacious suite. This is a tranquil jewel of pre relaxation. A special thanks of appreciation to Assia, Ahmed and their family. Hamza was always on hand and nothing was ever a problem. Breakfasts were a delight every morning. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day.

The newly-built traditional-style building is exceptional, spacious and beautiful in wonderful grounds. Gorgeous pool and plenty of seating, dining tables and sunbeds. Large bedrooms/suites. The staff/proprietors were few but most attentive.

The remote location was hard to find and a €15 taxi ride from the Medina (and restaurants). Breakfast was meagre composed mostly of various breads. Wifi and water issues. There was no tourist information available, and a feeling of bareness... It needs a shuttle service/and/or a restaurant. Otherwise you feel trapped in paradise, or broke because of all the taxi rides!

Very charming place. Wonderful escape from the hassle of Marrakech Medina. Nice staff, and very accommodating. I would love to visit again soon.
