    Das Zimmer ist überdurchschnittlich gross, schöne Sicht vom Balkon, alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Buffets morgens und abends waren sehr vielfältig, für jeden etwas Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals.

    Schöner Garten, schöner Pool

    Es wird mit glutenfreien Speisen geworben - allerdings kennt sich niemand wirklich damit aus! Ich hatte große Schwierigkeiten mit der Ernährung vor Ort. Generell war der Service schwierig. Entweder komplette Ignoranz oder man wurde einfach vergessen. Sehr lange Wartezeiten auch an der Rezeption - wegen egal welchem Anliegen. Alles sehr umständlich und langwierig. Amateuren in den Zimmern komplett verkalkt. Ich würde mich nicht mehr für dieses Hotel entscheiden!

    Das Hotel ist ziemlich alt und muss dringend renoviert werden, insbesondere die Möbel. Das Zimmer hatte einen starken unangenehmen Geruch, der aus der Toilette kam. Das Frühstück war chaotisch, es war überfüllt, die meisten Tische waren schmutzig und einige der Kellner haben uns komplett ignoriert

    Das Personal ist arrogant. Vor der Reception ist eine Absperre, damit der Abstand eingehalten werden kann. Wenn man auscheckt, bekommt man eine Marke, dass man die Rechnung bezahlt hat, ohne diese Marke kann man das Hotel nicht verlassen. Auch hier arbeitet das Personal für die Landsleute und nicht für den Gast.

    "Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Kurzurlaub unter der Sonne in Marrakesch, insbesondere im unglaublichen Menera Palace Resort! Mein Sohn und ich haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, beginnend mit dem fantastischen Kids Club, wo Mehdi und Nada sicherstellten, dass mein Kleiner eine unvergessliche Zeit hatte. Die Getränkeauswahl an der Bar war ein bisschen eingeschränkt für ein All-Inclusive-Paket, aber es hat unsere Gesamterfahrung nicht beeinträchtigt. Wir haben uns auch mit einem wunderbaren Hamam-Spa-Erlebnis mit arabischem Touch verwöhnt - reinster Genuss! Beim Check-out haben Ilham und Herr Mouad über das normale Maß hinausgeholfen, um unsere Bordkarten auszudrucken. Vielen Dank an alle im Menera Palace für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!"

    Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im Kenzi Menara Palace! Das Hotel ist beeindruckend, besonders der große Pool, der eine perfekte Oase der Entspannung bietet. Der Service war erstklassig, und wir möchten Ilham aus der PR-Abteilung besonders hervorheben. Sie war nicht nur wunderschön, sondern auch äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Auch ein großes Dankeschön an Coach Mouad, Mehdi und DJ Jimmy, die selbst während des Ramadan mit viel Energie und Engagement ihre Arbeit hervorragend gemacht haben. Ihre Motivation war wirklich inspirierend!     Wir hatten generell eine schöne Zeit. Schöne Poolanlage. Grosse Zimmer.

    Das Personal ist nicht wirklich fleissig, hilfsbereit oder besonders freundlich. Sie machen einfach ihren Job. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste renoviert werden. Die guten Bewertungen sind tendenziell von früher, neuere Bewertungen zeigen, dass es hier nicht mehr das beste von Marrakeck zu sehen gibt. Absolutes NoGo war beim Checkout die Skepsis, die man uns entgegenbrachte, als wären wir Diebe... Schade... Im Grossen und Ganzen können wir es leider nicht empfehlen!

    Saubere und große Anlage mit viel Grün, riesiger Pool, Lage sehr nahe beim Flughafen.

    Unsere Zimmer waren zur Straße ausgerichtet, sodass man den Verkehr in der Nacht gehört hat.
