Maroccan staff was super friendly We loved the garden , the swimming pool, the food, the fruit trees , the cats , the coffee !!

French manager very very rude for the 5 minutes he talked to me , rude and not helpful at all !! I avoided him like the plague!! Two dogs , a puppy and a very protective mother , roaming the grounds , a bit intimidating if you are not comfortable with dogs! Not sure why they would leave them unsupervised, suspecting they belonged to the rude French manager.

Very peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful gardens and space, so it never felt crowded.

Breakfast and lunch menu were great, but some of the evening meals were disappointing, especially the vegetarian dishes.

Beautiful gardens and surroundings. Staff were fab and very helpful. Rooms were big and beds were comfortable. This hotel was so quiet it was more like a retreat than a hotel.

Very little to criticise as this hotel was wonderful.

After the hustle & bustle of the Medina, we checked into l’Oliveraie de l’Atlas. From the moment we arrived, we wished we had chosen to stay here for our entire time in Marrakech! The property is stunning, but what truly stood out was the warm and impeccable welcome from Nicolas and his team. One of the first things they told us was, “Consider this place your home.” And it really did feel that way. Although the estate features several villas and riads, it never once felt crowded. The grounds are vast, with breathtaking gardens and three beautiful pools, creating an atmosphere of pure relaxation. Everywhere you look, the attention to detail is evident. Whether you prefer lounging in the sun, resting in the shade, unwinding by the pool, strolling through the gardens, or enjoying the view of endless olive groves from your balcony, you’ll easily find your own corner of paradise. The riads and rooms are striking, showcasing charming traditional architecture. Nicolas, the owner, is truly exceptional—his care and dedication made us feel like cherished friends rather than guests. He goes above and beyond to ensure that every experience, from excursions to special requests, is arranged with trusted providers so you can simply enjoy. And there’s still so much more to mention: the food was delicious, the spa treatments were heavenly, and the staff couldn’t have been more professional and kind. We’ll definitely be returning—if for no other reason than to visit Lisa, Nicolas’ delightful dog, whom we already miss!

The overall premises are very well incorporated in the landscape. The swimming pools provide a nice added value. The lamp served for the dinner was very tasty. The beef was low quality. One sever at the restaurant was very nice (the former photographer).

The management is not pleasant what is creating a very awkward atmosphere contaminating most of the staff at the restaurant. If you need nothing, then you might enjoy, otherwise good luck.

Great swimming pools, lovely grounds , half board option is brilliant as evening food is lovely , good variety . Good price for beer .

Air conditioning in my room, it was broken . No pool/snooker table or Games room for children in the evening. Jacuzzi / hot tub is out of action but no explanation as to why. Not lots to do unless sunbathing / swimming. Maybe 1 English speaking tv channel

Beautifully kept gardens and lovely swimming pool. Lovely room in pretty Riad. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Great for chilling but plenty to do in nearby Marrakech which is about 25mins drive. The hotel have a free shuttle service but if the times don’t suit then they will organise a taxi.

Riyad style accommodation and two large pools were beautiful and the gardens very nice and relaxing. Staff were very attentive and helpful.

Food variety could be better when staying longer than 3 to 4 days; some preparations were disappointing.

Unfortunately, my stay was negatively affected by recurring water outages in the bathroom, which made the experience both disappointing and unpleasant. Additionally, when water was available, the hot water took an unusually long time to arrive, resulting in considerable water wastage. I also noticed that water frequently overflowed from the bathtub onto the bathroom floor due to what appears to be a design flaw in the tub itself. I hope you will take these comments into consideration to improve the quality of your services for future guests.

I chose L' Oliveraie de atlas due to the location of the hotel being outside of Marrakesh ( 30 mins outside of Marrakesh by car ). Located among olive and orange trees and amazing gardens, L' Oliveraie de atlas consists of one main building with the restaurant with a handful of rooms. Within the grounds there are three amazing riads that house bedrooms and suites with various pools . Due to travelling around Morocco, I ended up staying in four different rooms, all absolutely stunning with no issues. I found this a very quiet and relaxing environment to be in . The hotel was ideal to also come back to after several days away touring in Morocco. The food was outstanding, the breakfast buffet was typical continental moroccan, better than what I had while I was away in other hotels across Morocco. The coffee is Nespresso , so not bad coffee at all for a serious coffee drinker! They supply a taxi service to and from the centre of Marrakesh twice a day should you need it , however I did not need this at the time. The hotel also provides taxis to the city centre or the airport at discount. Having got a quote for £ 60.00 from the airport to L'Oliveraie de atlas , they provided a taxi for €25.00 The hotel provides a spa which I took advantage of, this I fully recommend, one of the best massage for several years. ( If you do have spa , this is located in Riad jardin). The staff were friendly and could not do enough to help you. It was very friendly , family atmosphere and i'm looking forward to going back soon .

Moaning from other tourists because they haven't read the hotel descriptions!!!!!!!

Exceptional! Stayed the previous week and liked the hotel so much that in between touring Morocco I came back to L' Oliveraie de atlas to recharge. It is an oasis and the staff treat you like family.

It’s not all inclusive, they only have food at certain times and the food isn’t good. They ran out of mint so couldn’t make mojitos but there’s about 100 mint trees on the property. The hotel and the surroundings are beautiful but it’s too far outside the centre for the food to be bad, we spent double what we intended because we couldn’t eat there so had to get taxis and go out every night.
