Everything is good. We have a very good stay at JASMINe. The apartment is clean, cozy and spacious eqipped with all necessary appliances for 4 people. The host is vey helpful and accommodated our requests for another quilt and breakfast at ealier time than normal. The breakfast was great and was the best we had during out trip in Morocco. Underground parking lot is free and safe. The location of apartment is good as well,within walking distance to the famous Jardin Majorelle and the Medina.

Fouade was very helpful from Day 1. He brought our breakfast on time.... and also asked us if we needed any help or direction. Great value for money if you want to stay for short period. Not far from Marakesh town center and taxi were relatively cheap

The only thing is that the AC in one of the rooms was leaking throughout the night, and the toilet wash basin was a bit small, but nothing that can't be fixed.

The apartment was extremely clean, modern and fitted with all the facilities needed. The host, Fouade, was exceptional and so very welcoming. He was able to help us with early check in and late check out, as well as helping us find our way around the city. He arranged the breakfast at whatever time we asked and it was a delicious, traditional Moroccan breakfast. He helped us find a printing shop to print out our boarding passes. There are shops near by to get any groceries or things needed as well as restaurants. Overall, a very welcoming, kind host and a modern, well equipped apartment. I would highly recommend booking if staying in Marrakech.

We spent 30 minutes trying to get accurate directions and an address for a taxi, but the host was unresponsive. There was a leak to the floor from the air conditioning. No Mountain view as indicated — construction view. The house had a stale odor, like a wet mop. There was no front desk with a reception, and the building itself was dirty with dim to no lighting in the hallways. We didn’t stay one night there and had to leave, rebooking somewhere else.

- There was no full address displayed in the property details, so couldn’t find it. - After trying to reach out to the property owner he was not responsive - The bed linen was pure synthetics, moreover, the duvet had no cover! - There were five people, and one had to sleep on the sofa which is not meant for sleeping. - The breakfast was included and agreed the serving time was 8:30h as we had to leave for the airport at 9 am, but the owner showed up at 8:55h - so no breakfast! - we agreed with the owner to take us to the airport, but as the breakfast was not on time, the cars as well haven’t show up 😩 The whole The experience is disappointing.
