The location and the view were magnificent.

I chose this hotel over cheaper options in the area because I expected more comfort. Unfortunately, during my stay there was no hot water at all. I can understand that technical issues can happen, but what really bothered me was that the hotel made no effort to offer any kind of compensation – not even a small gesture like a complimentary meal. To make matters worse, at check-out I was still asked to pay an additional 80 dirhams in taxes. In my opinion, the hotel could have at least waived this fee given the inconvenience. Instead, it felt quite shameless to charge the full amount without any consideration for the situation. In total, I ended up paying nearly €70 for one night without the basic comfort of hot water. Normally, I never write bad reviews – if something bothers me, I usually just don’t leave any review at all. But in this case, I simply couldn’t let it go, because I honestly feel cheated. On a positive note, the staff at reception were polite and the location of the hotel is convenient. Unfortunately, this does not make up for the overall disappointing experience

Spotlessly clean, well run, very friendly staff, nice swimming pool, great views from roof terrace. A real credit to owners and people who work there. Thanks for a great few days.

The pool and outdoor areas were fantastic, beautiful setting. King, friendly staff who are very proud of the service they offer and rightly so.

    Breakfast was good.

The manager. He is rude. I have never felt so unsafe before and I am an avid traveller. Also the photos and amenities promised are not what you get. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Well-served breakfast by a dedicated and high-quality staff, with a team that remains attentive to the specific needs of each client. We spent our stay in a very peaceful place, surrounded by wonderful people, breathtaking nature, and a friendly team. I’ll definitely visit again soon.

The location was great for us to reach the restaurants and shops. Also, it was situated right at the start of our trek to Mount Toubkal. After our trek, we were so glad to be able to use the pool. Hassan, the manager, and the staff were fabulous and couldn't do enough for you . They served us tea and cake on arrival, which was really appreciated. Don't hesitate to book. You won't be disappointed .

It would be great to have air conditioning. However, it was no problem, as we just kept our window open to let cool air in

The breakfast was better than expected. As well as the bread-heavy offering (usual in Morocco), there were always eggs, salad, fruit, dried fruit and olives. If you are trekking, book guides at the hotel. You are likely to get a better deal than booking direct with a guide (strange but true). The tiling is beautiful (but be careful, it is slippery when wet). Beautiful thick curtains.

There was some mould in the shower. There were some interruptions in the hot water supply. The internet was off for a couple of hours on one evening. If you are here in the colder season, the heating may not be adequate to keep the room as warm as you might like.

    The location

The price is too high compared to other competitors with better service. The cleanliness because we smelled a bad smell in the toilet. The breakfast was not generous lot of things missed.

The room was clean and tidy with a nice view over the mountains and the pool, the breakfast was fabulous too.

I booked a room for two people with a double bed, instead they combined two singles beds and did provide only indivudual sheets. It wasn't comfortable at all 👎🏻

Good location close to the middle of town. Lovely pool and terrace, great buffet breakfast and friendly staff.

We booked a room with a mountain view and telly, but it had neither. Our room was very dark with only a window looking into an interior stairwell. Quite dingy and chilly and with no telly or even a picture on the wall! Quite disappointed. We did complain and ask to be moved. The nice guy on reception said he would consult the booking team, but never got back to us.
