The riad itself is stunning — beautifully decorated, full of charm, and perfectly located in the heart of Marrakech’s medina. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and tastefully designed with traditional Moroccan touches that make the experience truly authentic. The staff were exceptional, always kind and attentive, but a special mention goes to Hamza, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He was incredibly welcoming, helpful with recommendations, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. His warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. Breakfast on the rooftop was another highlight — fresh, delicious, and served with a smile. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool or exploring the bustling souks, this riad offers the perfect balance of comfort and Moroccan elegance. Air conditioning was good but very loud! Safe in the bedroom didn’t work so couldn’t seal valuables away. Breakfast could have been more varied as mainly just bread and jam every day.

Beautiful escape from the busy chaos of the Medina! Comfortable rooms with plenty of space. Very quiet. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Great massage and Hamam too.

There was no holder for the showerhead — we’d recommend adding one, as it would make the experience more comfortable. My husband and I booked the deluxe hammam and massage — the therapists were kind and professional, but their energy felt a bit tense, which slightly affected the relaxation.

Wow! Spacious and beautiful riad. Very comfortable, big room and comfy bed. Friendly staff. The best breakfast we had in Marrakesh, not overly sweet like in many other places.

A True Oasis in the Heart of the Medina From the moment we opened the door, we were greeted by the most wonderful scent that instantly set the tone for our stay. The architecture is stunning, and the central pool surrounded by lush plants makes the hotel feel like a true oasis in the middle of the medina. We were welcomed with tea and biscuits, and treated like VIPs from the very first moment. The food at the hotel was simply delicious — every meal was a delight. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were the people. I wish I had taken down their names, because every single staff member — from reception to housekeeping — was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. My parents and I felt so warmly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. This hotel is truly a gem — a perfect blend of beauty, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

The shower in our room barely worked and impossible to get the temperature right, there was no light in the shower also so made it very difficult. We found quite a few hairs in our room and bed.

The property is truly beautiful, the pool is perfect although a little chilly and the rooftop is breathtaking. The staff go above and beyond and are so helpful and lovely.

From being welcomed by the manager Abdelhaq to the amazing Ousama and Aymen, our (group of 5 girlfriends) stay was super comfortable and exactly, if not better, than what the reviews have to say. Definitely recommend this Riad and would visit if/when I return to Marrakesh.

The location is outside the Medina. They say it’s safe to walk at night and it probably is, but we felt safer getting a taxi at night to reach the more central parts. In the morning is totally ok to walk to the main attractions that you can reach in 20 min walk. Overall there’s nothing we didn’t like. It was a beautiful stay .

A little gem inside chaotic Marrakesh. A beautiful quiet place with calming scents of amber and fleur d’orange from the moment you step in. The staff is lovely and always ready to accommodate your requests. Breakfast is good too and home made every morning. We had a little problem with the air conditioner the first night, and they came to fix it straight away.

Breakfast on the roof-top. Very cool water hole, with fresh water. It was perfect as temperature was 45-46. Room is well furnished. beds are comfortable. Meal provided are very good, and fresh.

There is a problem on our first night in the upper floor room which the ac wasn’t work very well .

The raid is gorgeous with the Moroccan design and beautiful landscape design. There is two cats walking around and would say hi to the guests, dream stay for cat lovers. And also the staff is very helpful, we had an early check out before 6:30am, the staffs prepare us a takeaway breakfast which is very thoughtful, thumbs up to all the helpful staffs there

An absolute stunning property providing real luxury and tranquility within busy city. The room was spacious and comfortable, the pool perfect with plenty of seating for guests & breakfast very delicious with the most delightful staff.

The staff were so accommodating and even walked us to our taxi. The location was perfect - tucked slightly away from the centre but had some of the best shops and restaurants we visited. The bed was extremely comfortable and room was cool, clean and spacious. Not to mention the delicious breakfast which offered a variety of fresh breads and cakes. The beauty of the riad speaks for itself…We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

I traveled with my son, and while we had a generally wonderful experience, we didn’t love that his bed was placed in the corner of the room. It felt a bit tucked away and less integrated into the space. A more central or thoughtfully placed setup would have made it more comfortable for both of us.

Our room was spacious, clean, and full of charm, with a lovely blend of authentic design and modern comfort. The rooftop terrace was a highlight—perfect for relaxing with a mint tea or enjoying breakfast while overlooking the medina. We also appreciated how quiet and serene the riad felt, despite being located just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of the souks and main attractions. It was the perfect base for exploring Marrakech. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique, relaxing, and authentic Moroccan experience. We’d love to return!
