The garden and the two pools. The traditional interior. The staff. The food for dinner was absolutely delicious. We praised the cooks almost everyday. (Yes, you can order dinner and lunch here - against payment)

The state of the rooms was a bit disappointing. Nothing luxurious, and a bit cramped for a 3 person room. The cleanliness of the floors was also questionable. The mosquito's. I have been stung all over. I'll be bringing suitable repellants next time. the very old AC in our room (room 5) that made a lot of noise, making it impossible to cool down the room for the night. (It was between 32 to 39 degrees Celcius during the day). The stray cats. Our last family dinner was constantly interrupted by the miaowing of the cats circling our table for scraps of food. It was very distracting. The breakfast was simple. Msemen, omelette, couscous cake, sweet nutbutter, honey, apricot jam, black olives and cheesespread. We also got the traditional mint tea and a glass of fresh orange juice. We were a party of 8 and we had to ask for more food and juice on the three mornings we had breakfast. Although delicious, I did expect a more diverse spread.
