I had a wonderful stay with my niece in this beautiful and peaceful riad. Soufiane and Fatima were incredibly kind and made us feel at home. They prepared a delicious tagine for us, and everything was very clean and well taken care of. I truly recommend this riad.

Goodness me, where to start?! If anyone ever decides to visit Marrakesh should choose Riad Alizé! Exceptional service provided by wonderful staff. Soufiane, one of the guardians of the Riad is the most amazing host, alongside Abdel and Yousef. Delightful breakfast and lunch provided every day by the local cook, Fatima. These wonderful people made sure we are taken care of better than in a 5 star hotel, and that we have an authentic and memorable experience of Marrakesh.

The rooms were all so clean with very comfortable beds and the shared areas were bright, cool and spotless. The team were so friendly and really took care of everything from helping to order taxis to recommending places to eat.

As a solo lady traveller I was a little concerned about the passageway leading to the riad but after my first walkabout it was perfectly fine, I felt very safe even in the evening and there are always other people around going to their riads. This has been my first trip to Marrakech. An eyeopening experience but in the chaos of the souks and busy markets and walking the streets I felt totally safe.

The staff were always around to help. After a busy day out the riad was a tranquil haven and I could cool off in the pool. The breakfast was great and I also pre ordered other food which was lovely.

Wonderful traditional accommodation, everything was perfect. Kind and friendly staff, attentive to details and we had a really nice welcoming. They helped us with taxies, excursions and even to book the hammam experience. The food was delicious and we recommend beef tagine. We felt spoiled at Riad Alize! Thank you!

Firstly, I must mention all the caretakers and staff ( cleaning / cooking ) at the riad are exceptional! Very warm and hospitable. They will totally make your stay here ! It was a great property, well maintained and a great location, close to all the attractions within walking distance. However, it was difficult to find at first, but once you know it , it's very easy. The location on maps given by the property didn't lead to where the parking was. Although initially the property / owner mentioned that the caretaker would meet at the parking lot, this was not the case. Upon arrival the owner mentioned that it was against the law for the caretaker to escort tourists. We were okay with this and the owner apologized that he couldn't send the caretaker, which we were totally fine it, however since they had initially mentioned they would , we expected a little bit more help. He said his wife was messaging us and offered no assistance . he denied that it was mentioned and once we showed him the message he didn't acknowledge it which we didn't like. However, the caretakers and staff at the riad are beyond amazing and accommodating, they made up for the owners misinformation. Other than that, we had a beyond amazing stay, although there were some strict rules about outside food and water. Also the breakfast could be better, although it was very good. We traveled all over morocco and the portions here were too small compared to everywhere else. The food was delicious. The place was extremely clean and well stocked. No issues really! Would highly recommend. Can't mention the staff enough, they were great! They made us feel at home , offered alot services and help.

For some reason moroccans like their beds super hard (we experienced it everywhere), the mattresses could use a bit of a softer touch :)

Only stayed for one night after coming back from Toubkal. The host was super nice, ideal location as everything is in walking distance. The room was nice.

Staff was extremely nice and gave us accurate and valuable Infos regarding ATMs and other local places/shops. Breakfast was great - local food. They offered us to help with trips to other cities and natural sights. All went very well. There was always a staff member at the Riad. We felt very safe!! Riad Alizé is an absolute recommendation.

Massive and lovely breakfast served on the roof overlooking the city. Staff are welcoming and friendly, offering lots of options and trips. Food delicious. Riad has a pool and nice chill area as you walk in.

The staff were exceptional and so so friendly. We had a really difficult journey into Marrakech, with a delayed flight that was transferred to another part of Morocco. We didn’t get to Marrakech until 4am in the morning and everyone at Riad Alize were so warm and helpful, it really helped put us at ease after a stressful time. They helped us navigate the city and provided us with lovely food. The room was pretty and comfortable and in a great location.
