The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was perfect, great a/c and bathroom products were very nice. Also, the rooftop was a great place to have breakfast in the morning and relax after a long day of sightseeing.

Riad was very clean and comfortable

The day of departure, only 1 person working. There are 6 of us and we all had to struggle with our bags. We repeatedly informed the manager that we needed help with our bags and was told "no issue". So very disappointing to learn help was NOT available when we actually have to leave.

Riad Andallaspa exceeded our expectations and looked even nicer in person than in photos! Spacious, clean, comfortable, and stylish accommodations- Location was excellent and our hosts were absolutely helpful, friendly, and welcoming - Youssef gave us so many helpful tips and advice for navigating the souks and helping us plan our itineraries. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The Riad Andallaspa is beautiful and very clean. The staff are courteous and caring, nothing was too much trouble. The seating areas are comfortable and sumptuous. Our bedroom had an elegant en suite with shower and a toilet with a Muslim shower/bidet. It had a hairdryer, some toiletries and quality towels. Beds were comfortable with high quality cotton bed linen. There was air conditioning. We were able to leave our cases there on our last day after checking out because we had an evening flight.

The restaurant is on the roof which meant a bit of exercise up two flights of stairs each day. It was definitely good for me but should be borne in mind for anyone with mobility issues. The roof area is attractive and apart from the dining area also offers a quiet place to sit or sunbathe. The Hammam and massage rooms are also on the roof.

Traditional riad as expected with honest and helpful staff especially Mr Younis who has been very accommodating and responsive to our needs.

My two girls booked hammam massage but only one masseuse attended to both initially

Beautiful place to stay

Would have been nice to have coffee or tea in the room. Beds are pretty hard, but we prefer softer beds.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The location was good. The room was comfortable and a good size.

The decor was gorgeous and the room was quiet, clean and comfortable with air conditioning and a great en-suite

Great location within walking distance from the main square Jemaa el-Fnaa, very polite and attentive staff. Nice decoration, very clean rooms, relaxing terrace.

Our room was on ground floor and we would like it to be more airy and comfortable, but overall it was a great stay.

Wonderful Riad in the centre of Marrakesh. Great hospitality from the first second you enter this place. The rooms and decoration is very nice and tipical marrocan. We also reccomend the dinner on the roof. We highly reccomend.
