The riad was lovely and comfortable. There is a small pool to cool off at the end of the day. Bedrooms are beautifully furnished and have comfortable beds. The staff are lovely and so helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Riad Coconut is absolutely amazing. 4 rooms, swimming pool, terrace on the rooftop 👍 very sufficient for families. Also I highly appreciate daily care about guests, on very high level. Happy to come back anytime.

Our stay at the riad was truly exceptional. The property was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with spacious, well-proportioned rooms that offered both comfort and charm. Every detail, from the tasteful décor to the high-quality facilities, reflected a genuine commitment to guest comfort. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, making it the perfect retreat. Asma, Nehza and Imaan were exceptional.

All four of us were delighted with everything, especially Asma!

It was light and airy. Beautifully clean, the plunge pool was essential. Lovely breakfast Asma who looked after us, so kind and welcoming. The Riad was really quiet and the roof top terrace another added bonus. The taxi and guide from the airport made our stay hassle free, but do not pay the porter, he gets paid by the Riad.

We loved everything.

The Riad is even more beautiful than the pictures. We really had a nice time there. Thanks to Asma for preparing our breakfast every day. I recommend it to anyone anyday. The host was always ready to help with any questions i had. We really enjoyed our stay.❤️🥰🤗

Nothing we didn't like. Maybe because we come from a tropical country, it would be nice if the heater in the riad could be stronger and warmer.

Tastefully decorated, newly refurbished, helpful owner and convenient location. The riad looks better than the photos in fact. We stayed 3 nights there. Although had encountered several unexpected incidents on the first day, eventually all resolved nicely. As the Kitchen is fully equipped, I even cooked simple Chinese dinner twice in the kitchen which is a big bonus for us. . Housekeeper came to clean the riad, make breakfast for us every morning. For early departure, she will prepare the juices, fruit salad and leave them in the fridge for us. Bacha Cafe is just 5 mins walk from Riad if you are a big Bacha coffee fan. But bear in mind there is a 2 hours long wait before you can get a table. Best to go in the morning at 9 am to register yourself so you could get seated at 9:30 am. You need to pay 10 MAD to get into the museum to reach the cafe or pay full price of 75 MAD?? for a visit of the museum to kill time while waiting for the table. Anyway, highly recommended this riad to anyone visiting Marrakesh.

It was somewhat hard to find when we first arrived.

Amazing house in the center of the city. Breakfast was made for us by the host. Really nice to have 4 bedrooms and the house is impeccably decorated. Really comfortable!!

Everything looks exactly like the pictures! It’s really well located. For us the best part was Asmaa, the house lady that made us delicious breakfasts and was really caring and nice. We will miss Asmaa smile for sure!

A beautiful riad in a quieter street in Marrakesh, but still close to everything so we couldn’t ask for more. The riad was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were kind, helpful and accommodating. Our breakfasts were also very good were a lovely finishing touch on a great stay!

Absolutely Nothing to dislike!

1. Gorgeous place 2. Super comfortable for 4 ppl 3. Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom 4. Super walkable location 5. Rooftop patio and plunge pool are amazing 6. Karine (owner) and Esme (chef) are wonderful 7. Breakfast everyday was delicious 8. Karine gave us lots of info on the city and where to go - she’s a gem

Riad was located in neighborhood where you have to walk along alley ways which is really dark and sketchy at night. To be fair local workers did instal new lighting to brighten up the dark spots of the alley. Motor bikes/cyclists will zoom by forcing you to move to one side of the alley way. Pool was cold, would be better if heated or a jacuzzi is fitted on terrace. If more than one shower is in use the pressure goes really low. But we did receive hot water everyday.

Excellent location, excellent breakfast provided by friendly staff, welcoming host, close by local amenities and staff went above and beyond to cater for our needs. Loved the terrace too.

We loved that we had the whole property to ourselves the hosts were lovely and very helpful. It was in the perfect location to get around and explore . There were 2 lovely ladies who cooked us lovely breakfast and were always very helpful with whatever we needed. Would definitely come back and stay here if I were to come back again :)

Everything super!

Fully renovated, most charming riad in centre of old town of Marrakech, all historic sites at walking distance. The owners, Karine and Antoine, are very kind, relaxed and accommodating, arranging shopping and even having a three course dinner cooked in the riad on the first day upon our arrival in the evening. Every morning arrival of kind local women serving delicious breakfast. Super, private rooftop terrace with sunbeds and many seating options.

The breakfast, it was the same thing everyday and very carb-heavy. We bought eggs for ourselves but these eggs were then used for our breakfast - without the salt we also bought for it! But this did not by any means detract from our enjoyment of the riad

The staff were really sweet, there was water waiting for us when we arrived which was really sweet and all the ACs were working. The riad itself is beautiful, despite being quite small and we loved the size of the beds, the architecture was stunning

The energy was down nearly half our stay. There was an electrical issue that caused a blackout for our rental, but the owner immediately called electricians to solve the issue.

It’s beautiful and the owner and staff are very delightful.
