Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Greece-
- The people were incredible! All of the staff were truly welcoming and attentive. Their warmth and genuine interest made us feel like friends and was the highlight of our stay in Marrakesh - The location of the riad was ideal! We were at a walking distance to every part of the city and there was no issue with safety, as the road is well lit at nights (so overcome any potential concern and stay there!) - The riad was a truly great option to stay in a traditional house that has a terrace and many spaces to relax. Plus the smell of the common areas is INDESCRIBABLE! - The food in the morning is served in the terrace and is freshly made - Communication before and throughout our stay was quick and reliable!

United StatesThe place was recently renovated and the hosy went out of their way to make sure we were aware of this. It was both good and bad. Everything felt very clean and new but also a little sterile without the warmth of a family run place that a Riad is known for. Our room was incredibly small. Only slightly bigger than the bed. There were some shelves that began about the height of my shoulder and continued up the wall at the foot of the bed and this was the only place to put bags or clothes so everything ended up in a big pile on the floor at the end of the bed and right in front of the door. There was no soap in the shower and no division between the shower and the rest of the bathroom so the water ran out onto the floor.
The Host was very kind and on the last day of our stay had one of his staff help carry our bags to the shuttle as it is not possible to drive close to the hotel. The bedding was very nice and high quality

BrazilThe shower area doesn’t have a glass enclosure, which can make the bathroom a bit wet. But even so, the overall experience is excellent!
We had a wonderful surprise staying at the Riad. It all started with Yassine’s kindness and friendliness — even before our arrival, he made sure every detail was taken care of so that we would feel well received. The rooms have just been renovated, so everything is brand new and very comfortable for a relaxing stay. Breakfast is lovingly prepared and served on the rooftop, which makes the experience even better. The location is excellent, making it easy to reach all the souks and the main square on foot. If we return to Marrakech, we will definitely stay at this Riad again.

GermanyWe fell in love with the riad right from the start. From the warm welcome from Yassine to the beautiful surroundings, including a fantastic roof terrace and a great location, our visit to Marrakesh was one we will never forget. Overall, Yassine is an incredibly helpful and friendly host. We would recommend this riad to our friends without hesitation!

GreeceOur stay at this riad was truly wonderful! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The place was spotless — very clean and well taken care of — and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were cozy and beautifully decorated. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! Thank you Yassine and Mohammed! 🙏

SpainApparently before I came, the property was close. My room was comfy but the first day was full of dust and the smell of this weird product was so bad that I couldn’t sleep well. Next day I spoke with the person in charge and they clean my room and took out the product.
Súper kind staff. Very well received.

We absolutely loved it! Staff was super helpful and nice, breakfast was always 10/10, the terrace was our perfect runaway spot from the noisy city, and the whole riad is just so beautiful! Definitely a place where you get back more than once :)

United KingdomAs with many riads, due to the design with a central courtyard, noise travels easily early morning and late at night. Shiny tiled surfaces look lovely but add to the noise. The shower in this Riad was hand held (no wall holder). Personally I’m not a fan of this type.
A fresh well decorated Riad with very friendly and helpful staff. Compared with 6 or so other places we stayed at in Morocco this had a very good breakfast and overall was one of the best riads we stayed at. Nice eating areas on the roof. Quiet location within 10 minutes walk of Jemaa El Fna square. Good value as well for the price. The staff (2 brothers) were really enthusiastic and helpful. Many thanks!

GermanyGreat staff who are extremely communicative and welcoming. Yassine contacted tour guides on our behalf to confirm pick-ups, etc. and was very helpful with advice. We were welcomed with mint tea and biscuits on the beautiful roof terrace and got to meet the resident cat, Mimi! Spacious rooms, clean everywhere and good bathroom. Overall good location, just takes a bit of navigation through the streets but 100% worth it!

AustriaYassine was a great help while we were staying at the riad, organising taxis and trips and any additional bits we needed during our stay. The riad is really well priced and in a great location, you are basically in the middle of all the happenings in the medina. It's easy to reach all the attractions and they have great food around the corner in whichever direction you go. We loved watching the sunset on the sunbeds on the rooftop.

ItalyMy mum and I spent 3 days in Marrakech, and Riad Dar Tiflet was the best choice we could’ve made. During our time there, we got the chance to meet the owner who was very friendly and gave us some good recommendations for the rest of our trip; but the true highlight of our experience was Yassine. Yassine made us feel welcomed and at home since the moment he saved my car from the chaos of the medina, he assisted us with bags, check-in, made us amazing breakfasts, suggested activities and restaurants. Anything we have needed, he was happy to provide and we know if our journey was such a success and forever memory, is thanks to his friendliness and hospitality. Can only recommend Riad Dar Tiflet for a genuine, local experience with the feeling of never leaving home.

GermanyYassine was super nice and helped us very much! He recommended places to go and booked us a nice trip. The check-in was flexible and we booked us a taxi from the bus station. The breakfast was very good, too, he even adjusted as i asked for vegan options. And there is fresh orange juice for breakfast and traditional tea! :)

GermanyNothing.
Yassine was a super nice host! He helped me with everything and had really nice advices for me for planning my days. He also organized my transfer to the airport. The way to the Riad is a bit tricky, but when you get there, you arrive in a super cozy and quiet place. The terrace, where you will have a marrocan breakfast in the Morning (which was delicous!) has multiple areas with a view over the city! The rooms are clean and cozy aswell! I had a fantastic stay and will definetly recommend Riad Dar Tiflet to all my friends when they are going to Marrakech:) thank you very much!

RussiaLittle bit tricky to find this place on the map, it would be good to have more signs at the start of the street. You need to be very careful not to turn to the wrong direction. Of course, any place in Marrakech is hard to find, but little bit more signs will make the difference here.
Good location of the riad, host was friendly and polite, he brought us some tea couple times, that was super nice. Room is quite small, but that is usual for riads like this. Hot shower, no problems with water, there was also a small wardrobe for your clothes. We also checked the rooftop, in the summer it should be an amazing place to have some tea or coffee. Good place to have couple of days in Marrakesh.
