First Abdou the owner was very welcoming & it was very easy to communicate with him before we got there. The location is very good, only a few min away from Place Jemaa El Fna yet very calm. The breakfast was delicious & the rooms very comfortable. We really felt at home.

We got lost on our first evening which was a bit daunting. Our phones maps took us in circles. You end up down alleyways that are quite run down ( due to 2023 earthquake) however no one bothers you and theres lots of tourists wandering around.

The location is very central and a short walk to the Souks and the central square. Our Riad owner was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main square as soon as we arrived. He was very helpful with everything and kept the room clean and stocked with clean towels and toilet rolls. We needed help to get in touch with our tour operator and he sorted everything out. nothing was a problem. The roof top was a lovely escape from the crowds on really hot days and the hamman and massage next door was a great start to the holiday.

Only a minor thing, but the breakfast could be a little more diverse and include some protein. After 10 days in Morocco we had had enough pancakes with honey and jam (as delicious as they might be). Abdou was a little persistent about us leaving a review - which we were always going to do, but not right the moment we get home after a long trip. Don’t worry, Abdou, the excellent service deserves a good review! :)

Beautiful riad, on a quiet street only a few steps away from the busy souk. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and the AC worked well. The curtains kept the room dark and we got some great nights of sleep. The bathroom was nicer than most places we had stayed in Morocco! A good potent hairdryer and clothes iron were welcome surprises. Breakfast was always fresh (although it did not say so on Booking, breakfast was included - something we confirmed directly with the accommodation while booking). Abdul was very attentive from the moment we arrived and made sure nothing was missing for our stay. On our last day, he made our lives easier by letting us keep our luggage in the Riad and letting us come and go as we pleased so we could enjoy the day until our flight at night. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely host with a great location that gives easy access to tourist attractions and facilities such as the Madina gardens and shopping centers. Great rooms and friendly staff with all the facilities you could need such as an ensuite, good wifi, air conditioning and breakfast every morning, highly recommended.

This didn't bother me at all, but I'm posting this for someone who might have mobility issues. Be prepared for a short 5 minute walk with your luggage from the nearest vehicle drop off point since a lot of the market is walking/motorcycle only. But if you're going to stay in the market (which is a great location) this will affect any place there anyways so be ready for that.

Host is nice, and the tea was great. Property is in a great location in the market. Even if we were close to the market I couldn't hear any noise from there in my room.

The owner was extremely nice and friendly! He helped us with everything, was always available and took great care of us! The location is also perfect, we were there just 2 women and we felt safe all the time.

a wonderful stay for a few nights! as soon as we walked in we were greeted with wonderful tea and felt very welcomed! the owner was amazing and so helpful with everything we asked. the airport pickup was very seamless and they were so helpful with getting us to the train station at 5:45 AM. We had amazing conversations with the owner and his daughter who were both so nice!! the Riad was very clean and our room was great. The location was perfect just minutes away from all the action of the souks and food!! overall a really great riad to stay in!!

Might find it tricky to find in the old town small roads

The host is super cooperative. When we mentioned that we would be leaving early for the desert tour, he prepared some coconut cake to take as parcel for us and also helped keep our luggage until we returned from the tour.

We stayed for one week at Riad Deux Palmiers, and it was an amazing experience. The host is incredibly kind and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The interior of the riad and the rooms are beautiful and clean, and the traditional Moroccan breakfast is absolutely delicious. The riad is also in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the medina. Highly recommend!

It was an authentic riad with very interesting decor that summed up all the positive reasons for staying in Marrakesh. The host was both hospitable and helpful, organising taxis and showing where best to eat. He even came to pick me up from the main square when I stayed at the riad again after a trip out to the desert. For a solo female traveller, such care in a busy, rushing city was very welcome.

The breakfast was not to my taste and was the same everyday, a bit more variety and fruit would be good, however it was a traditional Moroccan breakfast freshly cooked every morning. You have to run the shower for quite a while to get hot water.

The location is amazing, in a few minutes you are in the souks and Jemaa el-Fnaa, lots of other attractions are nearby too. The owner and staff are nice, we had a few communication issues but quickly resolved. We were there in an off-peak/quiet time, but imagine it's a better atmosphere when the place is busier. Just to note, if you use the airport transfer, make sure you have cash either euros or dirham as you need to pay the driver at the time. Also, the room door didn't lock from inside (could still be opened despite the padlock) but was of no concern, felt safe the entire time, and didn't mention to the owner.
