The only thing I would say is the room we had was a little tight for a family with luggage, but that is easy to get over.

The location is absolutely perfect for the main market area. It is important to know that cars/taxis cannot get to the hotel so there is a short 5 minute walk to the pick up through the narrow streets. Bit? That doesn’t take away from the stay. The rooms are very nice, clean, and tidy.

The beds were not confortable, very hard, only one pillow per person that were very small. The breakfast was very basic and the service of the breakfast was confusing. I was always confused on whether will someone come serve me (for example drinks were self serve, but nobody told me that, and when I asked they felt a bit annoyed by my question).

The location was good, you had to enter through a dark small alley but once you figure that out it is well located! The pool area and rooftop are very pretty.

Enjoyable place to stay in Marrakech! Located in the heart of the Medina, this riad represents the perfect combination between great location and total relaxation. The structure is beautiful, the rooms are clean and well equipped, and breakfast on the terrace is simply amazing. Very nice place, great location within the Medina. I'd stay there again. The only thing which went forgotten was the take-away breakfast we had asked for when we left early on a day trip. Other than that it was impeccable and we very much enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool.

From the moment we opened the big brass door, we felt like we had stepped into paradise. We were warmly greeted by one of the two gentlemen working at front of house – both of whom were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. I wish I could remember their names, as they truly made our stay special. They went above and beyond to answer all our questions and were always happy to help with anything we needed, which made us feel very well looked after. If I had to suggest just one improvement, it would be the addition of a fridge in the room. Marrakech gets very hot, and having somewhere to keep drinks cool would make a great stay even better.

The beds were a bit creaky and the room would benefit from some maintenance.

The staff were amazing, they went out of their way to help with everything and gave great advice on the best places to visit. The hotel is beautiful and authentically Moroccan. The plunge pool was cold but refreshing for a swim after a hot day in the souks. Views from the roof terrace were lovely. I wouldn't hesitate to go again, i absolutely loved it!

The staff were amazing, Pedro delivered exceptional service ! He went out of his way to ensure we were.comfortable in a new city. The customer service and hospitality was international standards. Not much. There is little that I can complain about as the staff members were so welcoming and helpful.

Although hard to find down a tiny alley just away from the bustle of the souk, once we entered through the old wooden door we were transported into a perfect, charming oasis of calm in a setting which was completely authentic which retained all of the original aspects which make Marrakesh so beguiling. The views from the rooftop were incredible, the pool was perfect and the breakfasts were very ample.
