Staff was handy and English speaking especially ahmed.

They tried to sell us expensive tours that were available cheaper elsewhere.

It was so good and relaxing, I would like to sincerely thank all the staff, especially Ayoub, who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, gave us helpful directions, recommended places to visit and constantly made sure we were comfrotable. Really thanks to him, we felt at home every minute we spent at the riad

The staff was amazing, especially Ahmed, who was super attentive and made us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived. Always with a smile and calm energy that made everything easier. Our trip wouldn’t have been the same without him. The place is super cozy, perfect to chill after walking around the busy streets all day. Breakfast on the rooftop? Loved it. So happy we found a spot we’d actually come back to. Also, the location couldn’t be better. I also have to highlight we did a great massage the last day in the Riad and was the best decision!

Had a wonderful day at a riad with beautiful green tones in Marrakech. The concept is amazing, and I felt very happy and relaxed in the lovely ground floor room right next to the refreshing pool. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay!

Everything was wonderful !

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the market. Ahmed was a really nice host, and gave us great advice on what to do in the city.

I liked the fact that I could check in late at night ( after 1 am) and they offer transportation from the airport for 20 euros. The driver was super helpful. He dropped me off close to the riad and called Hussein ( front desk receptionist) to walk me to the riad being that it was so late at night. He was super helpful and nice and let me borrow his adapter to charge my phone. I would give him 10 stars if I could. The whole staff was very friendly, happy and nice.

A little run down, small rooms, poor quality toiletries. Breakfast is carb heavy, not much protein choices.

Bed a bit stiff

The place was welcoming starting from our taxi arrival, right to our departure. We were given complimentary Moroccan tea and help with transport, as well as enjoying the comfortable and well resourced rooms. Brilliant spot for a couple exploring the city for the first time. Mohamed has been more than helpful with our bags, booking taxis and being a warm welcoming presence. Nanel and Al Houssinne were also brilliant and the service could not have been better!

The riad is so cute, in a great location and extremely clean. Ahmed and Mohamed were very nice, they waited for us to do the check in even though we arrived quite late in the night, and they became a friendly face in Marrakech for us. I am 100% satisfied with my stay, I will definitely go back.

Rooms a bit little and bad preserved, breakfast over the sun can be so hot, a bit of shadow on the roof will be nice, all mornings guests were looking for a table on shadow to do not be over the sun

The riad has a very pleasant and cozy ambiance. Our host Moha(mmed) was very welcoming and open, and the rest of the staff were friendly too! Breakfast on the rooftop was nice, and so was the 'jacuzzi'. The location right on the edge of the medina was great as well.

The room we got was a bit cramped, but everything else was superb!

I had a wonderful experience in this riad, from the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. A special thank you to Mohammed for his outstanding professionalism and care throughout my visit. He made sure everything was perfect and provided excellent service with attention to detail. His warm and respectful attitude made a real difference. I highly recommend Ryad Ilyan Spa to anyone looking a serene environment.

I am so happy that I chose to stay in Riad Ilyan & Spa. As a solo female traveller it truly exceeded any expectations I could have had. The place is beautiful and the facilities were top notch for the marrakesh heat. But what made my trip even more special was meeting the whole dream team of workers. They made my whole trip!

Staying at this riad was one of the best parts of our Marrakech trip. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, smiles, and the most amazing Moroccan tea! Huge thank you to Ahmed, Moha, Muhammad, Khadija, and Minhal — each one of them made our stay feel personal, comfortable, and full of good energy. They were always ready to help with anything we needed, from recommendations to last-minute requests.
