The caretaker, Sara was an angel sent from heaven for first timers in marrakesh, very helpful and kind. Thanks Sara. She not only waited for us at arrival at 2 am but sent us off at 6 am. The host, Sara, is like an angel. She welcomed us with traditional sweets and talked to us to orient us to the area, culture, attractions. She is super helpful and is like your vacation mom. She keeps the place clean and in order. Literally the perfect host.

Sara was so lovely and kind, we enjoyed staying with her and chatting. She was waiting outside for us on arrival in case we got lost and she made sure we safely got on our shuttle when we left. Great communication through WhatsApp. Location was great, close to the Medina and the Jenna al-fnaa square for an easy 10-15 minute walk, but on the outskirts so it was quiet at night and not too far from the nearest road for drop off and pickup.

This was a haven of calm at the end of the day to come back to. Quiet, clean, cool, ac works, hot water. Decoration is wonderful and the breakfast was both cheap and tasty, also ample. Don’t hesitate to reserve. Sara the owner is so kind and helpful.

The owner Sarah was great, as was her breakfast. She took very good care of us. Riad Medina is a very nice traditional building right in the medina.

We liked everything. Riad owner Sarah was very helpful and so kindly what we felt like we were at home. And of course we stayed at authentic riad. What more can you want. Nothing.

The host, Sara was very nice and caring.

The toilet is outside of the room. The location is not great and a bit far a away from the center of the Medina. Even though nothing happened, we felt a bit unsafe walking there.

It was clean, very confortable and Sara the owner was and exceptional host.

It was hard to find at first

Sara, the owner was always available for answering my questions and solving problems. The room was really comfortable, clean and pretty. The rooftop and the balcony was gorgeous with a great view over Marrakech. Kitchen and living room were pretty and comfortable.

This riad is a truly soothing haven in the heart of Marrakech’s bustling old medina. Perfectly located, it offers easy access to the vibrant energy of the city while maintaining a serene and tranquil atmosphere that allows you to fully unwind. It was like visiting a relative, we felt welcomed and cared for. If you’re looking for a place to relax and recharge while still being immersed in the magic of Marrakech, this riad is an absolute gem. Highly recommended!

The property was clean and it was beautiful. Very good atmosphere thanks to Sara, the host. She is kind, and a really good person. We will return back.

I recommend this riad. The owner was very helpful. Location is close to all amenities, perfect for couples or with children.

10000% recommendable!! All thanks to Sarah! Before to arrive she already made me feel confortable and secure with a couple of messages. When I arrived I met her sweet smile, such a lovely person, very attentive and authentique. Going to Morocco you have to expect that everyone in the street wants to have your money and sometimes it’s stressful to go around. Sarah is not like that, she's peaceful and genuine. Coming back home to Sarah made me feel safe and I could relax. She gave us some important advices to evoid troubles, she helped with an excursion and we also had some enrichng conversation about life! The house is full of little details and I can tell she expresses her love through the decoration and the cleanness. It’s 8 min to the main square but in the night it’s still quiet, nice terrace with lots of plants and some birds coming to visit. I miss Sarah and the Riad Medina. Next time I will just go back there! No need to look for other places! Thanks a lot Sarah, you are doing a great job!

Location was amazing being right in the medina, but in a relatively quieter area. The hostess was amazing and helped us with everything we needed. Overall good stay.

Sara the owner was so sweet

The host Sara was absolutely brilliant, very warm and welcoming and always happy to help. There was a bit of a language barrier but we made it work. The location is good, less than a 15 min walk to Jemaa El-Fnaa square with plenty of street food stalls and shops along the way. The room was cosy and there was a rooftop with a lovely view. It also has air con/heating.

The room was a bit dark and you had to go outside the room and step on the floor (with no mats/rugs) to go to the bathroom so this was a problem when it was cold/if you don’t have slippers. Also the toilet was quite cramped as it was one tiny room with shower toilet & small sink.
