The hotel truly stood out because of its incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed -- they served us tea upon check-in, which was a lovely touch. In addition to this, what impressed us most was their flexibility and customer-focused approach. Knowing we had an early departure, the staff went above and beyond by preparing a breakfast for us at 6:15 am, well before their standard 8:30 am breakfast time. This kind of personalised service is greatly appreciated. The hotel's location is perfect - right in the centre of the area, making it convenient for exploring and accessing most of the attractions.

The room is a bit small but actually acceptable.

The raid was close to all the main attractions. Although it was near busy Jemaa El-fnaa Square, the road was located on a peaceful side street. Our room was comfortable and had a great shower.

Our fourth visit, and it only gets better! The staff are simply amazing—incredibly friendly and always ready with super helpful local advice. The location is top-tier: nestled perfectly in the heart of the Medina, putting all the main attractions within easy reach. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

The property had an excellent location and was great value for money. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Our room was a good size but very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The evening meal was delicious and very Moroccan. We had the breakfast as well which was tasty.

The greatest welcome in Marrakech, a wonderful lunch with great attention to us and a lot of discretion. The staff was really kind and our room was gorgeous.

Everything is fine

They prepare a breakfast pretty early just for us. I booked a driver through the hotel and it wasn’t there at the time we arrived, only later, but this was not hotel fault. We took a taxi and the guys left us close by but gps which didn’t work there took us far away. Riad called me many times to check where we are and I just was able to call them later on, but we didn’t feel in danger anytime and people were really friendly. Riad guy came to rescue where we were, they are very nice people and the experience on a riad was awesome . Food is delicious. Very charming riad and local people arr super friendly

Cars can’t get close, but is nothing that can be done about that. It was really charming

The location is good, very close to the Jemaa el-Fnaa. You can explore the amazing city at anytime from the riad. The staff are nice and always willing to solve problems and offer information for us. The riad is tasteful with a small lovely courtyard, you sitting in the courtyard and enjoy breakfast.

Everything is ok

It looks better in the pictures. The location is near the market but it’s a very very old hotel. I wouldn’t go there again

Sometimes there was no water so we had to wait 45 mins before we had any water.

It was in the old center of Marakech The place is cozy and clean.

- Great location 120m to the square. - Friendly staff. - Fast response on Booking.com. - Beautiful riad with functional standard room. - Smooth airport shuttle, though at €20 even for 1 pax. - Had to change riad due to piping problems but riad owner handled the issue with excellent service.

- Standard room at the reception area has little privacy. I felt awkward that others could hear whatever I was doing in the toilet / my room. - AC was not turned on even though they arranged the airport shuttle and knew what time I was arriving - I was sweating badly in the room as the AC took a few hours to cool down the room. - My second booking for a deluxe room had piping problems which resulted in changing riad after my return from the desert but the riad owner took care of the change nicely.

It's a greasy

This small, atmospheric riad could not have a better location: you're right next to Jemaa el Fna square, as well as to various good restaurants. It is super quiet though, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. The airport transfer is convenient and the staff incredibly helpful, friendly and very quick to respond. A special mention and big thank you goes out to Soufiane, who went out of his way to accommodate us in every way possible. We were able to leave our big luggage at the riad for a couple of days while visiting Essaouira and we even got breakfast at 5.30 upon flying home. We booked an extra night here. And if we ever return to Marrakesh we'll definitely stay here again, no doubt about it!

We had a wonderful stay at this riad! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed in the lobby with traditional mint tea, which was a lovely touch after our journey. The staff was extremely kind and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the entire space was well maintained. The location is excellent – right in the heart of the medina, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and pleasant experience in Marrakech!

Great location, hotel was beautiful and staff were incredibly helpful, providing an early breakfast both days that I stayed. I would definitely stay here again if I was in Marrakech.

Host very helpful, due to check up for flight very early, staff still prepare breakfast for us at 4am and assist call cab for us. Room at rooftop, very nice and comfort.
