This is one of the most beautiful riads I have ever stayed in. Renaud and his team are welcoming, informative and their service is second to none. The riad itself is in a quiet area and is easily accessible for pickups and walking to all the sites. You will not regret your stay in marrakech if you stay at la terrasse des olivers

So cute and comfortable and unique! The staff were wonderful andaccommodating. They have complimentary cold water bottles whenever you need them. The location was wonderful and tucked away, but close to a road where the taxi could drop you off and pick you up.

Really beautifully presented breakfast on the roof terrace. Very friendly and kind staff, Renaud and team looked after us so well and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. From a detailed warm welcome complete with map of all the things to check out in Marrakech, to the daily friendly greeting when entering Riad, to the beautiful refreshing pool and candle lit evenings, to the complimentary mint tea, biscuits, water and more. Room was wonderful and we absolutely loved it.

Renaud took the time when we arrived to sit down with a map and run through where to visit, where to eat, have a drink and explore which was so helpful for our short visit. Beds very comfy and everyone was so friendly. A short walk into the soul or out to a gate to the new city too, and they can arrange transport which gets you to the door. Highly recommend and great value

The decor is beautiful, the room was really comfortable, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also tasty, and the location is great because you're close to the busy part of the Medina but far enough out that it is calm and quiet – plus this location makes it easier to get to Jardin Majorelle and Gueliz. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely adored our experience at La Terrasse des Oliviers, and will definitely reserve here again on our next trip to Morocco. We received a very warm welcome from our host, along with wonderfully detailed explanations and recommendations for Marrakech. We ate at 4 of the 5 recommended restaurants, and all were lovely. The entire staff was very available and warm, always ready with a smile and an offer of tea. Our only regret was not taking advantage of the opportunity to order a tailored breakfast (we would get back too late), but the one provided was very generous. Thank you to the entire team at La terrasse des Oliviers.

The riad is very stylishly furnished and simply makes you feel at home. Renault and his team are the best hosts you could imagine. We forgot important documents there, which were brought to us later. When we had to stay an extra night in Marrakech and the riad was fully booked, Renaud arranged for us to stay in a nearby house. I've truly never experienced such excellent service. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the wonderful stay and your hospitality!

Renaud and the staff go beyond expectations. Excellent location, attention to detail, hospitality from the top to the bottom and very honest staff (left a gold chain and was kept secure ) Relation price/value is Amazing. Don’t hesitate to book , it’s more than worth it.

We stayed at La Terrasse Des Oliviers last week and it was a wonderful experience! Renaud and his whole team are very friendly, helpful, and professional. When we got to the Riad, Renaud sat down with us for nearly an hour to explain the city layout using a map. This was incredibly helpful especially when navigating the souk area. Renaud also gave us some fabulous recommendations for restaurants and invaluable local knowledge. If we came back to Marrakech, we would definitely stay here again. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean, and the breakfast is lovely, too!

Nothing if you keep in mind that it is not a 5* hotel building from 2024, but an old building with a great and cosy interior and you will not be disappointed.

Very nice and helpful staff. Diner at the Riad is fantastic (...and a bargain!). Mint tea on the roof terrace is a must. Great experience all together.

We stayed in the ground floor room and we could hear guests and staff talking in the morning.

Great service from very nice people. A special thanks to Ibrahim, Rachida and Youssef!! Great area: not far from YSL museum, Majorelle and in the Medina. Also close to some interesting souks. Not crowded with tourists, very intimate.

We felt like home immediately. It’s very homy and welcoming: kids were very happy and comfortable there. Riad is charming, breakfast is very good, and the staff is WONDERFUL. They really made our experience fabulous and were always ready to help and provide information. Merci!!!
