I would only say that I wasn’t aware of the lack of street signs and pedestrian-only access, and the door for the riad is not sign posted. So maybe when you arrive if there an option to pay for a taxi driver to walk you and your suitcase to the riad I would choose that, because I would not have found my way without the help of my driver.

The property was beautiful inside, the room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and welcomed me with traditional mint tea and sweet biscuits. For breakfast in the morning the staff served egg and breads and tea with honey and jams. I was a woman travelling alone and I felt very safe, even in the evenings walking back to the Riad after dark. The owner and staff were kind and polite and offered help via WhatsApp for arrival and taxis. The riad was nice and quiet even though I know all the rooms were occupied, I was not disturbed by noise. The air conditioning was so useful when it was hot, I was so happy to find it there. The rooftop seating area is nice and peaceful if you want to sit in privacy or read in the sunshine. There is WiFi of course in the riad but I would advise you to download an offline Google maps of Marrakech before you arrive so you can find your way around the medina without using phone data. Lots of places accept dirhams and euro so might be useful to have both in cash for shops and restaurants. Cards are accepted for bigger purchases.

The hot water for shaving and showering is only available in the afternoons. Apparently it is solar heated. The room has no closet to hang your clothes. The towels are threadbare as are the sheets. There is no sign on the Riad door, nor in the alley where you enter. It was almost impossible to find. For that reason, I did not dare go out at night. Apple and Google maps were spotty down close to the Riad so I twice had to be lead by “locals” who then demanded “presents.” The breakfast was nice, but exactly the same every morning. A little variety would have helped.

The room was well air conditioned. The rooftop terrace was lovely.

The riad was really cool and relaxing after a hot day walking around. All the staff was friendly and helpful, and we received a warm welcome as soon as we arrived. The ladies at breakfast were lovely with our 3 year old (and the food was yummy!).

We thought the whole place could do with a bit more love, the pool and the windows could have been cleaner. We were unsure about the buffet style of breakfast, we’d prefer the table service.

Riad Lalla Jihane is a beautiful small traditional Riad in the heart of the Medina. All of the staff ( Ikram, Mahdi and the lovely ladies who make breakfast) were so friendly and went out of their way to help. We were given a delicious complimentary dinner on our first night and they specially arranged an early breakfast for our day of departure. All of the sights and souks are within easy walking distance from the Riad. We would love to stay there again, inshallah!

It was absolutely breathtaking, the decorations , the rooms , the way its so beautiful. My partner and I loved the property so much. Everybody was absolutely lovely: Dunia, Mehdi, Ikram, and the woman who made our breakfast everyday - an amazing group of staff! The breakfast was amazing, the room we stayed at was cleaned everyday and stayed looking as amazing as ever (even replacing the towels for us when we’re out). They even recommended us things to do in the city and even booked us reservations so we wouldn’t have to wait! Genuinely the nicest places I’ve ever seen. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone I know, thank you so much for your hospitality! 🤍

We had an incredible time at Riad Lalla Jihane. Firstly - Ikram, Dounia and Mehdi made the stay incredible. Their hospitality, friendly nature and willingness to help with our many questions made our trip as good as it was. Ikram reached out before we even landed to give us lots of tips and insights which was greatly appreciated. The Riad itself is beautiful, modern and very intimate. The breakfast (+ tea) was a great way to start every morning, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. 10/10 recommend anyone visiting Marrakech to stay here - the value for money, hospitality and accommodation was as good as it gets.

I really liked the service and food in the riad. Mehdi was the best company and he even picked us up at night, as the taxi could not drive inside the Medina! The food (chicken Tajin with olives) was amazing

One downside was that coffee and water weren’t included, which felt a bit unexpected. Also, there was no access to a fridge, which made storing drinks or snacks tricky. Even the existing staff fridge wasn’t cold enough—even a small bottle of water couldn’t be kept cool, which was somehow disappointing.

Great location and amazing staff! I stayed here during my vacation and really enjoyed the experience. The property is located right in the centre of the medina, which is ideal if you're looking to explore the local culture and atmosphere—it’s lively and full of character. Breakfast being included was a nice bonus, especially for early starts. That said, if you're staying for more than a few days, a bit more variety would be welcome. The standout feature was definitely the staff. Ikram and Dounia were incredible—friendly, helpful, and genuinely went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. They made a real difference and added a personal touch to the whole experience. Would recommend for anyone wanting to be in the heart of the action with warm hospitality to match.

We had a very warm welcome by Ikram. She whatsapped me before that we can give her a message when we arrived so we did not have to walk alone to the riad. Some riads a little bit difficult to find on the maps. She gave us some tea with very nice bakery sweets. She also helped us with booking a massage and hammam. We could immediately check in, in the room, even we were earlier then the regularly check in time. I could whatsapp her when we needed a taxi, they have a private driver to bring you somewhere and you can also give a message when you need to go back. The breakfast was also really nice and she came to the breakfast to say goodmorning. We asked if we could check out later, and we got a hour extra. She let us store our luggage in the riad and when we came back with had a little swim in the pool, very refreshing! Ikram gave us some tea and again the nice bakery sweets. She was so lovely, see you next year!

Absolutely nothing! We had such a great time!

The staff made our stay amazing. The riad is well located in the middle of the Medina. It is quiet which is lovely after a day exploring the Medina. The staff went above and beyond. Ikram made our stay very special. She always had time to chat with us and was so kind to my son. She gave us great advice about what to do in Marrakesh. Medhi was also such a great help in the evening. The day of our departure, he woke up very early to make sure our taxi would be here on time. Thank you to all the staff for being so kind. My son keeps talking about how sweet the staff was with us. The ladies preparing breakfast and cleaning our room were also really nice. On top of that, the riad is beautiful and we loved pur room. Everything we needed they made sure to arrange and were always open for questions. The rooms are nice and clean, it is getting used to having the toilet only behind a curtain :). One has to be cautious in the Medina's maze-like market (Souk), as some scammers may demand for money if you ask for directions. Parking is not available at the Riad.

The Riad is in a quiet area, just a 10-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa Square. We savoured a delicious Moroccan chicken tagine on our first night. Our room was cleaned daily, and the swimming pool was ideal for a refreshing dip. The Wi-Fi was reliable throughout our stay. The staff, especially Ikram and Hamsa, were very friendly and helpful, and Salah, the Riad's recommended taxi driver, was dependable. Kudos to the owner, Brahim, and his team. I highly recommend this Riad.

The location was a bit difficult at first but as you get used to it it will be easy. It was hard for the taxis to get to the Riad and it was a bit of a walk which was difficult for us especially if you have children and elderly people.

The staff were great especially Ikram and Hamza, they were helpful and welcomed us well. The owner Ibrahim welcomed us with a Moroccan dinner on our first night which was perfect. We enjoyed our stay at the Riad.

No specific negatives whatsoever. Do not be put off by the alleyway entrance. The local people helped guide us on first arrival and the vast majority were so polite.

Spotlessly clean, plentiful breakfast with good choices. Plunge pool was delightful and refreshing in between excursions. Staff could not have done any more for us. Polite, courteous and professional in all aspects. Terrace breakfast / seating area were lovely. Wish we had made more use of the seating area in the evenings.

I had an amazing time during my stay on the road to Marrakech. The location was peaceful and charming, offering a perfect balance between calm and easy access to the city. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan touches. Like many others I could not find the Riad, despite being in Marrakech 6 times. I had a pin drop but still no . Staff collected me from the main street, thankfully. The Riad opposite has a sign and a door label but not this one, at least label the door please . Location wise and I'm sure it will be disputed, but it is in a more "local" and less visited area, which feels unfamiliar..tho only. 10 mins walk from the square. The rooftop room , queen suite. Does have something on the roof above that makes a loud humming noise, didn't bother me overly but be aware. Breakfast is rigid times , if you have early trips it cannot be accomplished again I'm not bothered but be aware.

The staff are wonderful, the room was very nice and stylish. The bed and bedding, one of the best so far. Great large TV with connectivity. The whole place felt clean. The roof terrace was nice. I cannot comment on breakfast as I left early. The Riad is a modern design, pleasing but if you want more traditional design....others may be better. Lovely tea and biscuits on arrival and early check in allowed and much appreciated.

The manager contacted me before we arrived which was a nice touch and gave advice on Marrakech. When you enter the riad it's like going to a peaceful oasis and you're greeted with Moroccan tea. The staff were very friendly and sweet, our room was very comfortable with great showers and we loved dipping in the pool. Rooftop area was nice for relaxing too.

The Riad was in a good location and within walking distance from a lot of things in Marrakech. It’s very new and clean and the staff do their best to accommodate all your needs! Mehdi in particular was very helpful when we had some issues with our room on the first night and was able to resolve them quickly and efficiently despite the holiday
