We booked a 2 night stay and were told we had to change rooms the second night as they were 'giving us a better room' this was not true, we think they overbooked. We arrived late after being out on an excursion all day, having moved rooms we discovered the second one was not better. It was smaller, the bathroom was a tiny wetroom compared with the lovely big bathroom we had before. The biggest concern was the door, there was a big gap around 10cm between the door and the doorframe/wall, you could see the bed through it, there was a curtain that we used but this gap made our room very cold and noisy, with no privacy at all.

The staff were really nice, the tea & breakfast were good and the staff were always available 24 hours. We booked the airport transfer with the hotel too which was very good and cost 15 euros.

Is not bad in general but also not somewhere i would spend a lot of nights Door didn't lock very well Bathroom was tiny (shower above the wc) Breakfast was supposed to be served from 7am, that's why we chose this riad but it ended up being at 8am so we missed it (they prepared a little breakfast pack to take away though) So yes, not perfect but nice for a short stay, and staff very very nice

Wifi wasnt working good on the last floor

The host is great person - helpful and friendly. He gave me his number in case im lost or need any help, when I was going out earlier for organised trip he prepared me breakfast earlier with no problem. Riad is in medina so its close to all tourist attraction. They have 3 rooms free during my stay so I could choose which I like the most. Rooms have no windows but there is common area on top floor you can sit and relax.

the room i got the wifi was not even on range i asked them about it but they gave the answer i dont know whole duration of my stay i used roaming for the internet that is again extra cost for me which was a disappointment

inside the property was nice and tiny but the night staff was very rude and the area was very dangerous to go out in the night after 9:00 people try to show you the way out and demand for money saying that they are tour guides as i experienced myself

We had several issues with this place fore example: - there was no lock on the door - the AC was not working - water didnt flow down during/after showering - the bathroom ceiling was cobered in ditterent colours of mould (pink, brown, black, and white foam)-HORRIBLE

Really nice environment, very friendly and polite staff. They were more than helpful with everything!! Hamga came and met us from the point that the taxi drivers dropped us every time and walked with us to the hotel no matter the time. The ladies in the riad were also very polite. Nice breakfast!

The staff was amazing. Amal and Youssef were really great hosts! They are the truly reason that I recommend this place! They always kept our place clean, our breakfast was always fast and delicious, they talked with us, they were very helpful with tips for the trip. The room was good and the Riad is very easy to find. I would definitely come back hier again!

Our room was really small, no space to move around the bed, no Internet in the room and very cold at night.

The staff were lovely. Very polite, hospitable and friendly. There was a nice terrace on the top floor with a view of the medina.

Actually, the owner helped us to change our dates but, we found at least 3 bugs in our bed and I called him. Then he sent a staff to change our riad. When we change our riad to another ( owner’s other riad ) The staff’s face was horrible and I said I’m sorry ( like I put the bugs on the bed ) he didn’t even answer me. In the breakfast, he served our breakfast with the same face and we said thank you but he didn’t even answer again. To summarize, good owner, bad staff.

they gave me a room not functioning well, shower is broken and flooding. also-they canceled my reservation for 3 days one day before coming back from the sahara-very unreliable. location is dangerous -like kids around 18-19 try to scare you and asked for money. the owner should look into this. it’s scary for tourists. It’s really far from the mail square.

The shower head bracket needs to be readjusted: when I put the shower head in, the water douched the bathroom door almost horizontally.

A calm Riad close to the busy souk, very friendly staff and caring staff. We had a spacious, airy room. The rooftop terrace was nice too.

The room is a bit small - like most Riad in Marrakech

The Riad is in a quiet part of Marrakech and we received a friendly welcome on arrival. The staff were excellent and helpful throughout the entire stay. The breakfast was very good with small changes in the menu each day. The coffee and mint tea at breakfast were excellent. The room was clean and tidy. The roof terrace was a lovely place to have breakfast.
