The value for money of the Riad for the location and the amenities was fantastic, I think the only improvement could have been if there had been a drinks service on the rooftop terrace by the pool. Other than that I really cannot fault our stay here.

Beautifully decorated Riad in the heart of the Medina, within good walking distance to all the markets, points of interests and incredible restaurants, cafes and rooftop bars. The property was clean with air conditioning and the rooms had a smart tv which meant we were able to connect to Netflix. The rooftop pool and terrace was very peaceful and a nice escape from the busy town especially during peak heat. The daily traditional Moroccan breakfast was a nice touch and the staff in the Riad were extremely friendly and always smiling. Said was very warm and welcoming, accompanying us to our airport pick up and drop off outside the college as the Riad is tucked away down a little side street which cars cannot access. Would recommend the airport pick up service arranged via the hotel, it made getting to and from the airport seamless, and also made us feel safe getting to our Riad late at night.

One very minor gripe, but we have since found out that this is normal for Morocco- the beds are a little harder than we are used to.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great location for strolling around the souks or visiting the must-do things in Marrakesh. Wonderful interior and very peaceful for resting. The rooftop terrace with a small pool is perfect after a day in the hustle and bustle of the city.

Just that the communal areas didn’t have air con as it was extremely hot when we visited, but they always tried to make us feel comfortable by bringing over a fan when we were downstairs

This is the most beautiful Riad and Spa in the heart of the medina. It was so peaceful and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the medina so totally bliss after a full day of exploring. We were warmly welcomed by Yousef a polite and helpful young man who guided my son and i in the right direction and gave us plenty of information on places of interest. It was our first time in Morocco and he exceeded all expectations by going above and beyond in helping to make sure our stay was a most memorable one. which we really appreciated as we were lost in how to navigate without getting lost. It was also my birthday and the staff were absolutely amazing and went out of their way to make me the most beautiful birthday cake it was the most perfect and relaxing stay everyone went that extra mile and are so warm and welcoming it is the most perfect retreat i highly recommend a stay at Riad Mandana and spa to anyone needing a much needed break. They also arranged my camel ride in the desert for my birthday with a private driver i really couldn’t thank Riad Mandana and spa enough for making my stay so perfect.

The location is slightly difficult because the riad cannot be reached by car. The best solution would be to inform guests ahead of time and provide a hand pushed cart so that the luggage can be taken to the rooms.

The riad was very clean, beautiful and excellently maintained. The staff were excellent. The cook Mohammed cooked a sublime tagine! The cleaning lady was very much up to the point. All 5 stars out of 5. The receptionist and the night staff were equally perfect.

Warm and friendly staff. They clean the room on a daily. Beautiful Riad. 1 outdoor pool in the rooftop. Habib is very helpful and walked with us on arrival and on my departure to carry my luggage. He is Very accommodating and always happy to help. Great location. Hammam and massage are great and relaxing. Inhouse food (Tagine and chicken pastilla) are so delicious! Breakfast also superb.

The hotel was spotlessly clean calm environment very comfortable, close to the eateries. taxi. staff from hotel greeted us from the taxi and walked us to the hotel. Hotel arranged the taxi suttle to and from the hotel at pur request. Withput asking lstaff offered and printed off our boarding passes Breakfast was amazing so much food and variety all freshly prepared.
