Absolutely amazing Riad. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive and the location is right in the middle of the Medina. The host Coline was the most helpful, hospitable and welcoming person I've ever met. No request was too much effort

We loved our stay at Riad CK Medina. Coline and her staff were lovely, helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We loved the rooftop in particular but the whole Riad is beautifully presented. The rooms are really nicely done. It is a fantastic place to stay - really central and easy to get to everything and a safe area. They offer an excellent breakfast which we had on the rooftop. We also had dinner in one night and the food was amazing, so tasty. We will try to cook the recipes at home. Coline booked a taxi transfer from the airport for us which includes a guide from the taxi which stops outside the medina gate through the souk to the riad - so useful on day one. She also helped us to arrange a private tour into the Atlas Mountains, which was a great day. We are currently planning on returning every October! Loved it

I cannot think of a single thing

It was very pretty, with the rooftop lovely all day due to the light. You could have shade, or sun, have a little dip in the pool, sit and read until sundown, and eat your breakfast there the next morning

More signage is needed to find the riad!

For the Price of the riad it was disappointing that they charged extra for tea and coffee. Those should always be included and the complimentary breakfast that they offer was ok but no eggs and small portions. I wasn’t too fond of Isham the night worker. Coline the owner was great 😊

I stayed here with my husband and young adult daughter. We felt so lucky to pick this riad in the heart of the Medina. Even though it’s right in the thick of all the busyness and action you close the door and it’s so quiet and peaceful. Coline, Hicham, Medhi, Salha and all the staff were so helpful and super friendly. Coline recommended and booked some fantastic restaurants and Hicham walked us to these places and offered to pick us up as well. After 4 nights we were all really sad to leave! It was starting to feel like home! Thank you Coline, we’ll be back! :))

The room was quite right off the reception, didn't feel very private.

The staff were kind and attentive. The riad had a beautiful interior, comfortable and spacious rooms, and a terrace with a pool. Breakfast was very good. We would love to return when we come back to Marrakech.

Excellent location, friendly staff, always happy to help and provide assistance regarding all kinds of requests. The place is very well equipped and maintained (super clean) in the heart of the Medina. Good breakfast, nice terrace. Highly recommended if you want a great riad experience.

A little daily light in some rooms, but this being a traditional riad, it is as expected (hence the medium score for the view from the unit, the view is great from the terrace though).

I mean, where do I start...possibly the best riad in Marrakech, a few minutes from the main square but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the souks - you practically don't hear any noise. From the warm welcome on our first day, we knew our 1 week accomodation will be amazing! Hicham, Usama & Coline were very attentive, helpful and made us feel at home. Breakfast times are flexible until 11am and can be organised according to your programme. Excursions can be arranged at the riad, private or in groups at very reasonable prices. Among the best shower room facilities in any hotel/riad I've been to. Rooms were clean, bed was made very clean & tidy every day. AC and the double door window was perfect for circulation of fresh air during hot summer days! Not to mention the terrace which had a small pool and comfortable sunbeds - these were perfect after a long day of excursions to lean back, relax and rejuvenate. I will be recommending to every friend and family looking to travel to Marrakech. Thank you! ❤️

Wonderful riad with cozy atmosphere! Very good location, right in the middle of Medina, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast and lovely people. Coline and the staff are very friendly and always there to help you with everything you need! I will definitely book again next time visiting Marrakech!

The Riad itself is beautifully maintained, combining traditional Moroccan charm with modern comforts. The ambiance is peaceful and relaxing, which is a perfect contrast to the lively energy of the medina just outside its doors. It’s centrally located, which makes exploring the city incredibly convenient. You’re just a short walk away from many of Marrakech’s key attractions, including one of the bustling souks (markets) where you can dive into the local culture, shop for artisan goods, or simply enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Whether you're sipping mint tea on the rooftop terrace or relaxing in your room after a day of exploring, the Riad offers a calm and serene retreat. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and care from the staff really elevate the entire experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend Riad CK Medina to anyone visiting Marrakech. It’s more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience that reflects the warmth and magic of Moroccan hospitality. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a very comfortable stay at the Riad. The host Coline was very helpful and all the staff members at the Riad were very friendly and caring. The room was very spacious and so was the bathroom.

Lovely Riad with a nice blend of modern amenities with traditional feel. Clean, great shower. Perfect rooftop garden with pool and having breakfast. Very supportive staff, even saying hello elsewhere in the market after we had checked out that morning. Good location, if not a bit challenging to find, like many Riads. They were very helpful both with a Google pin drop and pictures of passageways. WhatsApp with data is a must when travelling nowadays. Would definitely stay there again.

The bed was too hard. (Similar to Asia.)

All the staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful- nothing was ever too much to ensure you had the best stay. The best service we have received on all our travels, made us feel very at home. We would highly recommend this Riad!

Nothing not to like about the property. At times the wifi can drop out but the staff will do everything to fix this for you.

The owner and the staff was very kind and tried to help us with everything - from finding the right way to the sights and restaurant choices to making calls for our day trip and transfer.

The staff couldn't do enough for you, the breakfast was really good and the shower was one of the best I've used.

The rooms are a little small and there's no door separating the shower room to the bedroom so make sure you're comfortable with the person you're sharing with 😂

Beautiful Riad - the property was really clean, very calm and located in a great central location. The staff were amazing and so helpful and accommodating. The breakfasts were great and mint tea was provided whenever we asked! Coline was really helpful with recommendations, Hicham was brilliant and made us feel at home!
