Breakfast on the upstairs terrace is really pleasant, but the food is very bread and pastry heavy, and the quality varies from day to day. The riad is in a central location which allows easy access to most places on foot. The staff on site speak good English and are very helpful, but can't overcome to fundamental issues with the property. There is a multitude of choice for riads. We had friends stay in another very nearby which was much nicer and significantly cheaper. There are better options.

We had a three night stay at the Nayanour, and things weren't promising in the lead up to arriving. The website encourages guests to contact the riad with enquiries about reservations and excursions. All mine went completely unanswered. Except the one asking about additional rooms for friends... Unfortunately, despite a swanky page in English on the website, the manager (who incidentally is NEVER onsite) can't speak a word of it, so just ignores any enquiries in English. When I wrote in French, I had more luck. So be warned. We booked the "Presidential Suite", and there was nothing Presidential or luxurious about it. It was comfortable, with a private terrace and downstairs sitting area, but the price was similar to a luxury hotel in central London. I suspect that Marrakech is having "a moment" which has emboldened locals to charge prices at which they simply can't deliver the expected level of service. Housekeeping keep it spotlessly clean, but the shower was laughably awful. It was a hand held shower head permanently fixed extremely high on the wall. Consequently, neither the height nor the angle could be adjusted, and the water pressure was a dribble. Definitely not luxury.

Very noisy - guests, staff and motorbikes outside. Pillows very uncomfortable. Breakfast a bit bland compared to other riads.

The Riad was beautiful and very relaxing. The staff were always very helpful. The room was spacious and the pool was the perfect place to relax after a day of walking.

This Riad was so beautiful but the aspect of it I liked the most were how beautiful and friendly the staff were. At breakfast time, whilst we sat eating the yummy homemade pastries on the rooftop terrace, staff members would come and ask us what we were doing for the day and give insightful tips on how to best enjoy the day. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming here it really was a great experience!

There was really nothing, this stay was incredible- this riad is more of a boutique style one and so slightly smaller than some other riads meaning a more personal stay - as long as that’s what you are after then you will love it!

Good location, easy to walk to all the main sights. The staff were incredible, especially Zach - always willing to go above and beyond to make us comfortable. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful with multiple areas to relax and unwind. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

NayaNour was an amazing place to stay. Maryam and the entire team who work there were so attentive to us throughout our stay. Great recommendations on what to do and where to eat in Marrakech! Breakfast each morning was lovely. The room was cleaned each day. The riad was so peaceful to stay in. I would happily recommend Riad NayaNour to anyone travelling to Marrakech. Beautiful Riad, very clean, quiet and relaxing atmosphere with incredibly attentive staff - they looked after us impeccably. Freshly cooked breakfast every morning on a roof terrace was always a treat. We had a delicious dinner cooked for us too. They helped us with excursions, tour guide, no request went unanswered. Made us feel like at home.

Firstly i would like to thank the amasing staff. The place in absolutely beautiful and spotless very clean and the rooms are beautiful too. the Breakfast is so good too and there is so many nice spots in the riad to sit and chill.

Location. Cleanliness. Staff…The staff in particular were great. Marium, Zakariya, Adul Rahman, Lubna, Rida were all great tended to all our requests and needs. They kept property clean and comfortable. Great job Guys you are amazing.

The shower was a bit small and the water pressure in the shower was low but not unbearable. I really hated that I had to leave!

Wonderful Riad with exceptional service. I travelled with my family including two children 9 and 6. The Riad helped us to arrange transportation from the airport. I recommend this as the Riad May be a bit challenging to find the first time. We were welcomed by tea with Zach who gave us an orientation to the Riad and the area. Zach was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. We stayed in the presidential suite which is a two level suite in a more private part of the Riad. We had our own little courtyard and balcony on the second level. The Riad is beautiful and the rooms were lovely and cleaned daily. This was perfect for our family sufficient privacy and a lot more space than we would typically have at a resort. All the staff worked hard to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Abdur-Rahman was so helpful and kind. He helped arrange for someone to launder our clothes and facilitated drop off and pickup. Clothes wet ready within 24 hours. I had a mild knee injury after a hike and he helped me to get ice for my knee and arranged for my breakfast to be served in our room instead of the third floor terrace. All and all a wonderful and experience!

While we loved being so close to everything, the specific location of the Riad, left a bit to be desired. It was not on a bigger street but off an alley with some other Riads and shops. It took a bit of getting used to this, but after a couple of days, we were accustomed to it. They have cameras on the outside and no matter the time of our return were ready to let us in as soon as we arrived.

- location is great - staff are very friendly - the family ‘Naya’ room with its own courtyard is very nice and private for families with children. - All rooms and bathroom were clean. Comfy pillows and good bedding. - breakfast was lovely and they also catered for those of us who are gluten free & needed non dairy milk (must be requested and possible extra charge) - kids enjoyed the pool

- the pool had too much chlorine in it which made our eyes burn. The kids did enjoy it very much but went in it the one time.

The staff was extremely helpful every step of the way. They provided a Champions League Championship watch party when we asked about it. They walked and got us stamps for postcards and personally escorted us to a massage they arranged for us. I cannot say enough about the helpfulness of the team. They made our trip even more special.

They was very welcoming from the moment u arrive they couldn't do enough for you the riad was absolutely beautiful couldn't fault it at all. The area was perfect everything u wanted to go see was in walking distance
