Really beautiful quiet place

Shower in bath - we're a bit too old for climbing and worry about slipping. The power went off (in the whole region) at night so too hot to sleep in room until power for air conditioning was restored.

Gardens and quiet after noisy Marrakech. Very tastefully decorated. The breakfast was excellent and well worth including it when you book.

WiFi was hit & miss in big room. Aircon didn't work on 1st night in small room. Location is 20mins from centre with no shuttle provided. Food on site is nice, but pricy for Morroco- for snacks, walk left, 2 minutes down the road to a corner shop (local prices)

We had 2 rooms, 1 large and 1 small. Large "Royal" was very spacious Small had great WiFi. Both very close to pool Breakfast was amazing. Staff member who works on reception/serves food is amazing- works his socks off, happy, polite. The taxi driver the riad reccomend quotes honest prices. Overall would highly reccomend

The WiFi connection from my room was quite weak.

The Host was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. We booked this hotel very last minute, but we were extremely pleased with the facilities and staff.

The hotel is far from the central part of Marrakech, which is a tourist area. Taxi prices are quite high. The hotel offers a transfer from the airport for 20 euros per person, and we were three people.

The staff was very kind and smiling. The place is quiet and pleasant with a very beautiful garden. The breakfast, traditional and delicious, served with care and attention. The beds are very comfortable. It is excellent that there is a working air conditioner, because it was quite cold during our visit.

We loved it all.

We arrived late on the 22nd Dec 2024, and we were greeted by Abdul. We asked if there was food, and he said no kitchen was closed. He got us some drinks and offered us chicken tagine. It was served with a salad. At 12 at night, he did very well. We both enjoyed the food. Breakfast was standard and kitchen staff very friendly and helpful. They had menus with prices and we ordered a few dishes from the menu. Have to say we really enjoyed the food. The swimming pool was cold, but we still got in, and the grounds are well kept. Very quiet and out away from the busy city centre. You can easily get into Marrakesh within 15 minutes or so. We felt welcomed and a lovely balance of service. It was homely and all the staff were so helpful and friendly. Would not change a thing. The place is a great hideaway. It was lovely to hear the workers in the kitchen cooking, laughing, and they all seemed to eat and work together it was a lovely homely feeling

This is an amazing place to stay. It is set in a tranquil area outside the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The grounds are beautiful. There is a very safe area to park your car. The best thing about Riad Redwan is the warm staff, especially Abdul who works reception. He is an amazing host and very kind person.

The hotel was wonderfully relaxing and peaceful, set in a beautiful shady garden with flowers and fruit trees and a lovely pool. It was like a delightful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. But what made it particularly special was the staff who were so attentive, in particular Abdessadeq and Khadija who were incredibly kind looking after my son when he arrived with a fever. Everyone was so helpful generally and we were made to feel incredibly welcome. Another high point was having delicious meals in the garden in the evening. We would definitely return.

The location is a little distant but this is not an issue as it is very quiet and safe.

Very private a hone from home for sure with a pool and great team looking after us. The chauffeur service from and to the hotel as wel as to various other locations.

The place is literally flawless.

Fantastic place in Marrakech, very quiet, private and delightful in every way. The staff is friendly, attentive and calmly takes care of guests at all times. Service and facilities, truly beyond expectation! I will definitely be back.

The food was OK, it’s not a good value for money.. It’s far from the center of the city so you need to have a car but the place is calm, perfect to take some rest!

Riad is beautiful, Anwar's reception was wonderful with his smile and his cheerful and social spirit. He was available all time to attend our requests, he was the one who greeted customers, took food orders, cleaned the pool, and watered the beautiful garden. Many thanks again to Anwar and his team.

Restaurant could have been better but it was low season so it hard to keep up with such a large menu.

Great pool/garden area,very clean, garden impeccably taken care of, warm shower in the pool area was very welcome. Staff was kind and helpful. Rooms are very clean, with mini fridge and safe. Beds were really very comfortable. Easy to find and to park. Ok breakfast.

The shower pressure was low

Lovely staff gave us a free room upgrade. The breakfast was better than most hotels we've stayed at. room was a bit cold but there was aircon to warm up, tv included YouTube and channels. Great atmosphere, well maintained garden, quiet and calm.

The staff were brilliant and super helpful when we were delayed at the airport. The location is very quiet and some distance from the main road.

Food service was slow.. Especially the drinks. Would have loved to get the drinks immediately while waiting for the food.

Amazing and friendly staff. Great communication and one of the managers went out of his way to drive me around areas of interest at a very cheap rate.
