It did have the smell of mold, though I don’t know that it is unusual for the area. I would have liked clearer info on what time the breakfast was.

The Riad was centrally located in the Medina but still in a quiet area. It was cute and clean.

The responsible of the hotel didn’t wait for us in the check in regardless he was informed that we had an accident and we will be late, he didn’t answer phone calls and turned off his phone leaving us in the street !! Fortunately a man in the street helped us by calling a nice lady from the staff who opened the door for us.

Good space in room, warm shower water, clean towels, toilet, and bed, calm and fair cleanliness (except some dust in the room floor).

The room was a bit small for the 3 of us, but it wasn’t uncomfortable. No AC, so we had the window open.

The breakfast was simple but fresh, and that is a big plus. The hosts were genuinely super friendly. It was not a luxurious place by any means, but it was clean. It’s 5 minutes walk from Supratours and 5 minute walk to stores and restaurants.

    Nothing

I loved the stone columns inside, very traditional riad. My second time here, this time on second floor. Much more light in the room and lovely breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Good value for money. Thankyou.

No explanation was provided re breakfast and there was no one around when I checked out which led to issues with payment. Perhaps the money should be taken at check in to avoid problems.

It was very quiet and my room was exactly like the pictures which is not always the case. I was checked in by a young person who spoke French. I was given my key and helped with my luggage and didn't see anyone for the next 24 hours. Even then, I don't know if they were staff or guests. I did hear other guests moving about, , so I knew that I wasn't completely alone in the building. The bed was comfortable and WiFi and hot water okay.

Cute Riad on a small side alley close to the entrance of Essaouira's medina. This made it a short walk and very convenient from the Supratours bus station. Cute and comfortable room. The alley was very quiet at night. Nice terrace where breakfast is served.

Nothing. The couple who run it work really hard and it is a lovely place and such great value. It feels wrong to mention anything negative

It was very central. The location was nice and quiet. We had just come from Marrakesh and it was like a peaceful haven. The breakfast was incredible. Such a wonderful surprise. And it was a lovely stay

Very hard to point out really. The design of the building is such that it creates a pressure/ sound when the other doors are open. Nice to see an actual window bringing some light into the room. The window didn't close properly and seemed a bit delicate.

Great location, very tastefully decorated building and helpful staff. Easy to find location. Close to the beach and the souqs. Great places to eat around. One of the best bathrooms in the entire trip, great water pressure. The doors and mirrors need a special mention. Breakfast was nice. Lucky to soak in some sun while having the morning coffee.

We spent our last two nights in Morocco in this Riad. Room was very spacious and our bed had a beautiful thick cotton sheet on it. It was a rainy day which meant Essaouira was struggling with its drains, and the bathroom was a little smelly but perfectly clean. Lovely sitting facilities facing bright inner courtyard, breakfast on the roof terrace. Adding functioning bedside lights would have been a bonus for us but may not be important to other travellers. A very friendly lady called Sahra looked after us.

Everything was lovely, but communication could have been a bit clearer - had to learn that breakfast was on the terrace from other reviews here as I wasn't told on arrival!

Wonderful large and comfortable room, down a short quiet street in the Medina. Breakfast on the upstairs terrace was lovely, and the whole Riad had a homely feel. Bathroom spacious, and a great shower!

Location was a little bit away from everything in a shabby side street. We had difficulty opening the door of the room from the inside and had to climb through the window to the hallway.

The was super cute and cozy and had a nice little window with a view to the alley. The bathroom was very good.

Breakfast was very nice and if we wanted more tea or coffee it was provided. Good location. The best of all was the staff. Lahcen was very kind and always available to answer our questions or book a taxi. He also changed our second floor room to another bigger one on the ground floor. Zahra was also very kind and was so nice to prepare our breakfast at 07:00 in our last day at the Riad. Thanks.
