The facilities can do with some upgrade

The location is right inside the Medina and very convenient for exploring the Medina. If you’re not a French or Arabic speaker, you will find Omaima’s ability to communicate effectively in English quite helpful and refreshing. Omaima manages the facility. The Riad also serves a nice breakfast, which came with the booking.

Rooms are small, but we managed.

This is a great riad. It is located close to Bab Boujloud, the main gate, and is very easy to find on Google Maps and with signs. Rooms are small, but very clean. It is very quiet, except for the rooster who accompanies the call to prayer. Breakfast is very good with eggs, many types of bread, juice, coffee/tea, jams and fruit. Shower is good in a separates shower stall and had good pressure and hot water. The staff are very nice and helpful. We were able to leave our bags after check-out which was very helpful. Wifi is excellent and reaches the rooms on the top floor.

The welcome by Nabil is very pleasant. He was able to be available to guide us and advise us, always in a good mood. The location is ideal for visiting the medina. Many excellent restaurants nearby. The spa recommended by the RIAD is nice.

I had the best times in this place, every time I come to Fez I prefer to stay here. This time I came with my young son who did not want to leave because the staff made us comfortable. We went for a walk in the old city with a professional tour guide it was organised by the riad and we had so much of interesting informations about culture … we did shopping also .

People who work there were super helpful answered every question we asked and helped us with all what we needed to be helped with. We had a delicious breakfast before heading out to explore the narrow streets of the Old medina the riad located at where exactly the exploration walk starts plus shops and bazaars left and right while walking.

I had an amazing stay ! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The location was perfect (5 mins from the blue gate ), close to all the main traditional areas (Felt like stepping into a time machine, where the rich history, ancient medinas, and timeless charm transported me back to a different era) , yet still quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely return

The staff was wonderful. Nevi and Omaima were very nice and friendly. Omaima was so kind and always attentive. She made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. She also took well care of us by getting breakfast for us as we had to go to different excursions very early. They also recommended places and how to do things in the medina. They accommodated us with an excellent service. You would not have the same personalised service in other big hotel. The hotel is traditional and authentic of the local culture. The proximity of the riad was really good. It is inside the Medina and close to everything. Overall, everything was excellent and we will choose the same hotel again. 200% recommended.

I had a one night stay at Riad Skilfo in Fez! The accommodation was comfortable and cozy, and the rooftop seating area is an absolute gem—ideal for relaxing! A special mention to the receptionist, Omaima, who was an absolute pleasure to chat with. She shared so many fascinating stories, cultural insights, and experiences, which truly enriched my stay.
