The location is perfect, and everything is within walking distance. The staff at the riad are very friendly and helpful. It's a wonderful, quiet oasis in the bustling medina of Marrakech. The riad is modernly decorated with great attention to detail. I immediately felt at home. The room was large with lots of windows—fantastic! They deserve an award! The breakfast was also very good.

There are no doors to the toilet, so it could be funny or annoying it depends on you and your belly 😅

Calm place almost in the middle of everything. They even managed breakfast in the early morning because we had an early flight.

We cannot recommend Riad Soulmate enough! It felt as a home away from home thanks to Yassine and the rest of the staff. It's an oasis of peace in the middle of bustling streets of Marrakech, truly! When you step inside there's a sense of peace and serenity. The design of the hotel is really tasteful, modern yet keeping a traditional line. Clean and spacious rooms with natural lights and cosy atmoshpere, very comfortable beds and quality lining. The attention to details is everywhere, which shows how much love was put in. Tasty, traditional breakfast served on the lovely terrace. The pool on the ground floor steals the show, yet the jacuzzi on the top terrace is another nice touch - it feels like an in-house SPA corner. For certain Riad Soulmate will be our choice everytime we'll visit Marrakech!

The room was beautiful but would benefit from a mini fridge. A coffee/tea station would be a nice touch also.

A beautiful raid, as soon as you enter you automatically feel so calm and at peace. Our room was lovely, very clean and felt very spacious. The rooftop was such a lovely sun trap and offers a beautiful view of sunset. The traditional breakfast each morning was fabulous served with fresh orange juice too (served on rooftop.) A morning dip was so delightful - either in the swimming pool or the tub on the rooftop. The riad is in good walking distance to the main souks and easy to get a taxi from.

This is a truly beautiful place, exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is excellent, just a 15-minute walk from the city center. The hotel is wonderfully decorated, well-equipped, and offers a traditional Moroccan breakfast, along with a stunning rooftop terrace. It is honestly one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, and the lovely cat Moumou makes the stay even more enjoyable with his playful presence. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

The only 2 things that I would comment on is that it’s a shame there isn’t a little mini fridge for a cold drink, but there are shops everywhere so it wasn’t the end of the world. And second was that the riad wasn’t currently doing food when we stayed apart from breakfast, but I know it would have been lovely if it was! Minor details though, the riad was near enough perfect!

The staff here were so nice- thank you Yassin, Omar and the cleaners! Yassin made our stay very welcoming; he sorted our return transport and walked us out to our taxis if needed, helped us to make phone calls from the riad when we were booking activities, would run out to grab us a drink from the shop and even prepared my boyfriend’s tea that he had bought from the souks to try. Nothing was too much for him, thank you. The riad was immaculate. The riad itself and the rooftop was so peaceful, even being on a semi-busy street. Breakfast was lovely- a slight change everyday. The room was cleaned every day and it always smelt lovely. Shower was powerful and hot, and the room decor was gorgeous. Earplugs provided if needed, but they were not! Curtains to go over the windows and doors for privacy so no worries there. You can access the riad from the front or back which is handy, and it felt very safe. Loved the interior decor, the staff was amazing thry took really good care of us from pick up at airport to walking us to the riad. We only spent one night, we want to come back. The breakfast was also beautiful on the rooftop.

We absolutely loved our stay at Riad Soulmate. The space is beautifully decorated, elegant, and full of charm. Every detail feels intentional, and the overall atmosphere is incredibly peaceful. be prepared you can pay only with cash in the Riad, humidity in the room is quite high so it can get cold in the room in the night.

This Riad is a hidden gem of Marrakesh medina. Located close to the main market square but also in a quieter area. Audrey and Yassine were the best hosts, very kind and hospitable. The design is meticulous, every corner is designed to perfection. The terrace has a little pool and we spent a lot of time chilling there, enjoying the sun. Breakfast was very tasty and the food we had in this Riad was the best in Marrakesh. I would highly recommend this Riad to all my friends. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Every corner of the riad exudes taste and tranquility. One of the highlights of our stay was the silence at night—a rare and precious luxury in the heart of the Medina. After a long day exploring the vibrant streets of Marrakech, returning to this peaceful haven was a true delight. The breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared every morning by the incredibly kind and attentive ladies of the house. Everything was fresh and flavorful, though perhaps a couple of olives would make it even better! 😊 The hospitality extended beyond expectations—on our arrival, the gentleman at the reception kindly met us near the riad and even served us a late dinner, which was not only thoughtful but also absolutely delicious. Beautiful property located in the heart of the Medina, and the nicest Riad we stayed in during our time in Morocco. Spotlessly clean and very stylish. Yassine and Audrey were amazing hosts, very helpful with arranging transportation, suggesting things to do and just generally very kind people. The in-house cook is amazing. We ordered a tajine on one evening and it was incredible! We also really enjoyed our freshly prepared breakfasts on the roof terrace each morning. We highly recommend Riad Soulmate! Thanks to the whole team there.

There’s no dislike to mention, just a little heads-up: the bathroom/toilet area doesn’t have a door. So, if you don’t already know each other very well, you’ll certainly get the chance to bond quickly! 😂

I’ll admit, I’m usually skeptical when a property has such stellar reviews (looking at you, Google Maps), but this place truly deserves every single one of its 10/10 ratings. From start to finish, it was an unforgettable experience. The management and staff are the friendliest, most attentive, and warm-hearted people I’ve ever encountered on all my travels. The property is impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and feels like stepping into a Pinterest dream. And the freshly prepared, on-site meals? Absolutely divine – some of the best food we have tasted in Morocco! Overall, a flawless stay. Highly recommended!

The service and care of all employes. Very friendly and professional. Yassine is an amazing Host that provided with all our needs at anytime and always with a smile. Audri is a young but professional manager that always keeps an eye on all the guests. Fátima for her wonderfull breakfast and cuisine and Omar for Being always avaiable. Even the cats were nice. Its the best Riad in town.
