Even though the hotel staff was very sympathic and friendly, and even though dress codes may be a bit different in Morocco than in Europe, I think the personnel should dress in a more formal manner (e.g. more business-like or moroccan-traditional, and not serve guests wearing sports track pants and t-shirt in a Riad of this type). The food (a tagine) was very good, but the waiter forgot to ask for/ offer a drink, so I did that when I finally was thirsty and noticed there was nothing to drink on the table.

Nice garden on different levels on hillside with pool and tables around. The room was in classic riad-style with arab lamps and bath architecture. the bed was quite comfortable and also made a good (optical) shape. From my room I had a nice view over the plain up to the atlas mountains behind Ourika. During the night it was silent. Food was also good.

Chouaib and Boubkre were great hosts and we were looked after well. Lovely clean pool and tranquil setting looking out across the green valley. Good value and a great stop on our road trip. Felt very secure and safe with secure parking on site

Bring very picky. More products in room would have been good.

Very comfortable riad. Great communal space with log fire. Lovely gardens. All beautifully kept. Food was good quality and well cooked. Great to be able to have evening meal, freshly prepared. Manager was so friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable about local area.

There was no information on the surrounding area, things to see/do, places to eat, etc. Bathroom wasn't great. Air con unit in room not working.

The property would greatly benefit from adding some baby equipment, such as a high chair in the dining area. Additionally, incorporating outdoor playground toys like slides or swings would enhance the experience for both babies and kids.

We had a wonderful stay at the riad. It's a cozy, home-like place that offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. Most importantly, the service was outstanding. Mouhcine, the riad manager, was always available, even accommodating late dinners and special requests. The facilities are excellent, and the views are breathtaking. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat from the busy city, perfect for reconnecting with nature.

It’s not that I didn’t like it - but it is 30 minutes from the centre so if you want to see more of Marrakech then recommend staying some nights at Timskrene and then some time in Marrakech centre.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It’s absolutely beautiful. We arrived late at night and all the lights were on leading up to the property and dinner was waiting. If you give the riad a little bit of notice they can have dinner available even if it’s late.

We had such an amazing experience! The riad itself is wonderful but Mohssine, the manager, made our stay feel like a dream. He was always available to help with everything, always smiling, even cooked a delicious meal for us! Such a valuable a resourceful host. The riad is located right next to a little town where you can find food, some shops and also taxis. I honestly have nothing negative to say. Such a perfect place to relax.

The hot water takes a very, very long time to come through. The downstairs bedrooms are in very close proximity to the lounge so not conducive to having an early night.

There is no significant negative about the hotel. It is about 40 minutes from Marrakesh. Despite this, we will stay at the hotel again and again because it is worth it. The price and staff were very good.

The breakfast and dinner were fantastic and delicious. The hotel manager and the chef were amazing. They exceeded our expectations. They really looked after us. The room was big and spacious and very clean. The location of the hotel was just perfect: quiet with a swimming pool and table tennis.

Our stay at Riad Timskrine was great. The host Mohcine was very friendly and more than willing to help. He gave us some great advice about the area (like the waterfalls, which were beautiful). The room was nice and the garden is stunning! The diner they serve (If you choose to eat there, which we highly recommend) is delicious and so is the breakfast. Thanks to Rachida. If you are looking for a place to stay that gives you both privacy and hospitality, this is a winner.

Such a beautiful, brand new and sparkling clean riad! We loved our stay there, it really felt like home. The swimming pool is fantastic and there is a large garden to relax. Last but not least, the staff is super sweet and the food is excellent.

Due to winter time it was a bit cold in the room, but there are heating possibilities. Personally we are not a fan of the shower curtain, because is stuck to the body. But thats just our personal perception.

Very nice Riad and and beautiful room with terrace to the garden and Pool. They even have their own chicken and rabbits and a garden with fresh mint. We enjoyed playing table tennis with the staff! Also he always goes the extra mile for you to make sure you have the best time.

During my stay at this riad, I experienced a truly magnificent time surrounded by nature's beauty, relishing delicious food, and receiving exceptional service from the staff, particularly Mohcine. The lush surroundings were teeming with a variety of plants and charming farm animals, adding to the overall enchantment of the place. The combination of stunning natural landscapes, delectable cuisine, and attentive staff, made my experience unforgettable and absolutely delightful.

This beautiful riad just opened and it was everything we wished for as final day of our holiday! It’s absolutely stunning with beautiful views and it feels like you’re staying in a palace. We were well taken care of by Mohcine who even gave me a ride to the ATM as we ran out of money after our car broke down. That’s hospitality with a capital H! Besides that, he also gave us a new room when we found out the heating wasn’t working properly while I would’ve also been happy with an extra blanket. Mohcine really walks the extra mile! I walked around the neighborhood at night which I enjoyed a lot as all the locals were extremely friendly and you have a beautiful view on the mountains. I was really impressed by dinner and breakfast as well! I can only recommend this amazing riad and wish them nothing but the best!
