We didn't get the room we reserved: the bathroom was separetly... We didn't complain because we were the only guests there. The window frames have gaps. Although the place is close to the square sometimes we didn't feel it too comfortable walking home.

First riad experience, we found it interesting. The housekeeper was the brightest point of the place: she was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was more than enough and also very delicious. Spending time on the terrace is comfortable. The square and the souks are very close.

A little bit hard to find, if you are not used to the souks. Just walk through the end of the darp and look for the sign on the door saying 'zen&zin'.

Very good location between the main square and souks, awesome terrase and lovely breakfast.

we booked a room with two beds + private toilet, but we were in 2 differents rooms both with a one big bed, we were moved from one room to another, but also with one big bed, we were offered a room with two beds but it had no toilet so we refused. The second room was not cleaned after other guest use, we even had to remove used towels, bottles and rubish bags from previous guest and ask for clean towels and bed sheets. it is IMPOSSIBLE to find this Riad by yourself as there is no sings on the door, we need help from a local with a tip to find this riad

It was very well located, near to everything but also in a quiet street, no noise at all, helpful to sleep well. The breakfast was good and tasty served on the terrace by a very polite woman

The location was hard to find both Google and Apple Maps. The location is very central in the Medina which we thought would be better for only one or two nights (we got tired of walking through the whole market to get back to our room). No shampoo/conditioner (might be the norm in Morocco). The kitchen wasn't very friendly to use - I.e the fridge is room temperature. We also found we were getting quite stuffed up by the time we left due to the age of the house and the dampness.

Gives you a feel for a more traditional Moroccan experience. Most of the property has been kept original which is great. The housekeeper was very friendly and the AC worked well.

The location feels unsafe for a woman after 11.00/11.30 pm (when the shops in the Medina close). The typical Moroccan breakfast served here is poor. No fruits or yoghurt. Furthermore, it served only from 9 am to 11 am. The cleaning lady that works here is very lazy. She is proactive only when it comes to remind you the time she finishes to work. When I complained about the flat Moroccan bread/crepe with an hair on it, she was denial. When I asked to replace it with another one, she brought me another flat Moroccan bread/crepe with an hair on it. I attached a photo.

The location is difficult to find and there are no signs. Google Maps doesn't help much either. The alley leading to the riad gets quite dark at night, so be careful. Nobody is at the riad for most of the day to help you if you need anything.

The bathroom had no soap and no soap was provided, I had to go and buy my own soap. The shower head in the bathroom was broken. The Wifi didn't work for the majority of my stay. The bed sheets smelled of cigarettes. Avoid this place.

Too far of a walk from the square. No cars can get near the riad.

The location was very central in medina yet quiet and peaceful even during the day.

No toileteries. no drinking water provided. Bad smell in toilet and drainage issue in bath area. No room service. Wifi is very slow

It was close to djema el fna Walkable distance to medina 7mt walk. Host was very nice Complementary breakfast was just ok. Can use kitchen and terrace any time

Wifi didn't work for a few days

Cute riad right off the market alleyways. Felt local and safe. Wasn't affected by noise at night or in the morning. Nice little sunny spot on the roof where we had breakfast, dried our laundry and sunned. Lady who served us coffee in the morning kindly washed our clothes by hand for an affordable fee.

The room was extremely small, the bathroom smelt stale, the shower fitting fell off the wall.

I would not recommend this riad. The smell in the riad is absolutely horrid. I walked in and checked the room but couldn’t stand being in there for more than five minutes. I had to book an alternative which was much better. Please avoid at all costs.
