WORST place I ever stayed in if I could give 0 stars I would I will start with good points The complex was good with fabulous swimming pools Communal area was great The young man who took me to the box room was rude and marched ahead. As I struggled with a big suitcase… room was like a cupboard No lock on door just a small padlock No way of locking door at night when you are inside 2 single beds no coat hangers in wardrobe no outside windows.. very claustrophobic shower was fabulous no toilet paper and room was never cleaned no clean bedding or towels no toilet paper the cock roaches in the kitchen were frightening The ad on booking .com is very misleading

    Communal areas good

The fact that we could park the car in the gates community. However read the negatives as well..

The host doesn't really seem to care about you. He will give you the key and before you know it he is gone and won't or rarely answer on the Booking chat. The breakfast is only a few pieces of bread and jam, that's it. Also the breakfast is at 10 am, no changing that in any way. The pool in the pictures is a shared pool for the whole gated community and is closed on a Friday (keep that in mind). Please avoid this booking because there are many great apartments in the area.

Breakfast was amazing. The communication with the owner before and during the stay was amazing. Room was cozy and clean. Location is also good. Also air conditioning worked perfectly

The room didn´t have a way to lock it from inside. The only way to do it was via a padlock :/ Also I had a bad experience with the wi-fi. I was there for more than one week, and got almost 3 days without any internet connection in the apartment

    Property response:

    Merci

Location was ok, room was fine, there was parking

Our stay at this B&B was unfortunately very disappointing due to poor communication and lack of basic amenities. When we arrived, we waited a long time in front of the closed property because we couldn’t get in. The phone number provided on booking didn’t work (was out of service). When the host eventually showed up, he seemed annoyed and blamed us for coming early, even though we had requested early check-in as mentioned on the listing (without any response). It made us feel quite uncomfortable from the beginning and not very welcome. Check-in was rushed. The host briefly showed us the room, asked for €10 tourist tax in cash, and left without giving any information—not even about breakfast or how the place works. We discovered there was no toilet paper in our room and were told to take it from another guest room, which felt very awkward and unprofessional. There was also no hairdryer in the room, even though the listing stated there would be one. I asked the host several times over the course of two days, and he kept saying he would bring it, but it never happened. As for breakfast, the host didn’t say anything until we had to ask him. He told us it would be served at 10:00. We waited, but by 11:00 nobody had shown up and the host wasn’t responding to messages or calls. We eventually decided to go out rather than waste more time. On our way out, we encountered a woman who was pointing at the house and telling us to go back, speaking in a language we didn’t understand. She made us feel like we had done something wrong. Once inside, she started preparing breakfast but remained cold and unfriendly. Apparently, we were supposed to open the door for her in the morning—something we had never been told, and it’s not her fault, but clearly a communication failure from the host. There were also ants in our pancake. One night at around 1:30 a.m., someone tried to force open our door where we were sleeping. We heard voices downstairs, but didn’t know who it was.

    Clean and nice concierge area

Room had eggy smell come up from the sink…. The host that gave me the apartment key just give me the key and dashed off, didn’t feel welcomed at all…. Host disappeared Without giving me the access to the pool key, my friends stayed at another Riad close by and had a total different experience to me (a good one)…. Was given only one towel for the whole week i was there, had no hand/face towel. Mattress was comfy but the bed frame was terrible every move made on the bed it creaked so loud! Struggled to get even one goodnights sleep!! Only good thing to state about the room was the AC

Large communal area with all the necessities ie: stove fridge tv. The property also had 3 swimming pools. The property had a number of restaurants, grocery stores, and travel agents offering various activities so convenient. The rental price, well below average...
