The ryad was in the medina and close to facilities. The roof top views were amazing. Breakfast was simple but more than adequate. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

You get what you pay for so I think the ryad offers good value and I didn’t dislike anything.

The accommodation was incredible! The location was perfect to walk around. I must highlight the service; the staff was ALWAYS very attentive. Their recommendations were the BEST. I traveled alone and felt very comfortable, safe, and at home. I'm happy I found this place. I recommend it many times. I appreciate all the attention I received. This place is one of my best memories in Morocco.

    Everything was perfect

Location, brilliant terrace view, staff did offer to help us with printing boarding passes etc. Breakfast was okay, we have had better. The mosaic decorations were nice, and lots of places to sit. They were mostly very good at communicating with us over booking.com.

We stayed at a riad the week before in Marrakech for slightly less per night, which was by far better. The member of staff at reception promised to bring us weighing scales, which he didn't, and was usually on the phone (facetiming) someone, which was quite unprofessional. The room was quite little tired, the shower curtain was less than desirable and would have liked to have some lamps. No water included in the room which in Marrakech is needed.

The Riad has a good-looking architecture and the position is quite good as it is in the Medina but in a secondary, isolated street.

The rooms are not how they are shown in the pictures, at least my room where the bathroom was dirty, very small and with mold. There was not a real single window in the whole room, just a little one facing the internal corridor of the Riad. Overall I was very disappointed and I did not have a good and comfortable stay in this Riad.

Ryad Hamza is well located near the Djemma El Fna. The room was comfortable with attractive decor. The lounges on the ground and first floors were good for relaxing. Really enjoyed the breakfasts served on the rooftop terrace. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

I had a very pleasant stay at this beautifully and thoughtfully decorated Riad. The location is central, yet it is quiet and peaceful inside – a calm retreat from the busy streets outside. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Many thanks to Taha and Youssef for their attentive service and for helping make the stay so comfortable. I would be happy to return.

Riad is a typical house. Riad Hamza is a small but really confortable building, there was a paryticular care on many points to taste the typical atmosphere for a "morroccan house" but with some "improvements" like air conditioning in rooms really necessary for non local guys. Strongly suggested Essaouira trip, really amazing and wonderful climate!!!

some rooms need a refurbishment, but kindness and availability of the team helped a lot to avoid any stress.

Room and facilities basic but sufficient. Clean and safe. Good proximity to the main square. Receptionist Yayah was very helpful and friendly,

No lift although only 2 floors up. Not accessible by taxi due to location inside old city.
