The room and bathroom need a bit of an upgrade.

It was our first time staying at a Riad so we're not sure what to expect. The riad and the room has a certain charm to it. The room and the bathroom was old though and needs some upgrade. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The terrace has good views of the city. The staff were absolutely nice and helpful. The location was great, very close to the souk.

Wi fi didn’t work in the room. The small fridge needed a bit of TLC, no shampoo in the room, no card payment.

Staff were outstanding, friendly, professional, and always ready to help. A special thanks to the night receptionist, who was both attentive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The housekeeping team did an excellent job; our room was perfectly made up every day. The morning staff provided a delicious breakfast that was the perfect way to start each day. The hotel itself is in a great location, with excellent facilities and great value for money. We would definitely stay here again.

The Moroccan style is amazing and so beautiful. The rooftop had really nice views. The location in the medina was great and not hard to find at all. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I love the pool even though we didn’t go in because the water was chilly but I’m sure it’s great in the summer time.

    Perhaps an egg for breakfast...

The concierge, Salma was extremely helpful and welcoming; so too Mohammed who made breakfast each morning I was there and helped me with getting an early taxi to the airport. All staff were very friendly. It is a gem of a Ryad, a short distance from the main very busy tourist area, and the immediate area serves the local residents of Marrakech. The roof top is perfect for a view of the distant mountains and catching some early morning sun.

For the price you pay, I think it's so expensive. The worst part of it was that we went into the bathroom, and NO TOILETE PAPER ON THE BATHROOM, I think that this kinds of things can't happen if you are paying such a price. No one didn't checked the room before we went in, that is a basic thing. But a part from no Toilete Paper we weren't able to find Shampoo or Shower gel. If you are paying 130€ for 2 nights, it's a must al least they check the room and refill the toilet paper. We went to ask for toilete paper and they gave us just 1 roll, and we were there for 2 days!! We have to ask for toilete paper like 3 or 4 times! I don't understand, it's so easy to put 3-4 rolls in the bathroom! The breakfast was also a little bit short, just 1 egg, a pancake, a muffin, coffe and juice. The mattresses of the hammocks on the terrace are all wet, very poorly maintained and dirty, you should buy new ones and pick them up every night and take them out again every morning to make proper use of them… The building was very worn out, dirty floor, lots of dust everywhere. The stair railing was sticky. Dampness on the walls...Many details need to be polished.

The AC was working so we were able to heat the whole room. Beds were clean and comfy. Bathroom was also good. The girl at the reception was very friendly. I hope this information helps you improve and provide a better service to everyone.

The bathroom and toilet had a very strong smell of damp.

Walid working at reception was very helpful, went out of his way to help make our stay good. Suggested places to go to and what to avoid. Thank you 😊
